Jason Kim's Online Review Report Card

My elderly mother had a confirmed appointment for a serious ear issue that has left her incapacitated. The staff said the doctor was unavailable due to an "emergency." They turned away the other elderly Asian woman who had the appointment time before my mother, but surprisingly the staff welcomed a white patient who had a later appointment time and was taken to see the doctor, who I guess was suddenly available. Whether racist or ageist, this doctor cannot be trusted to even keep an appointment, much less care for your health. And yes, an Asian doctor can be racist against Asian patients.

The worst ever experience ever. I escorted my mom to this place because she was referred here by her physician. They found cancer cells in her thyroid. The appointment was set for 7:45am. Of course we had to wake up early to get there on time. To our surprise, the door was locked. Up to there was fine, I can understand that maybe they have a specific time the doors open. When they finally opened my mom who is 73 years old kindly told them that we waited 20 minutes outside the door since our appointment time was at 7:45am. All she needed was to hear was that they are sorry for the mishap and just an explanation of what happened. Instead we got a dirty look from the worker and stoically said we open at 8 and gave us a look saying it was our fault for being early. If it wasn't for my mom standing next to me I was seconds away from slapping that guy's look off that face. I will never forget this experience here and do not recommend this place to anyone else period.

This was one of the worst if not the worst experience I have had with a doctor. He was dismissive and rude, quickly came to a conclusion about my issues without hearing the full story. It seemed like he just wanted to get the appointment over with. I did not get help for my issue and ended up finding another ENT.

I was recommended to see Dr. Kim by my primary doctor. I was impressed with his friendly staff and clean office. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like I was in good hands.

I have a problem with my nose and I was referred to my doctor. With Dr. Kim never took the time to physically look inside my nose right away and say is a polyp I told him I blow my nose hard and something had come off and I feel it. He sends me to get a scan of my head and told me I need surgery. He schedules the date and time for the surgery two days before the surgery I see him and I ask why he never looks inside my nose coz my primary doctor Found some sore of a tumor and right away he pulls the cord of the surgery And says he wasn't the right doctor for me. At that time I knew he made the wrong diagnosis and the staff had bad communication skills. They schedule a few visits and when I arrive there were no visits scheduled. Very bad service and Dr. Kim is unprofessional.

Went to Dr Kim for hearing loss. Paid high copay and he looked inside both ears and told me to come back for sound test, which would've cost another $300 copay. Never went back.

Cold, impersonal , curt and without compassion. Be ready for a man that is quick to diagnose, does not ask questions, and is apathetic, so much so, that it's reasonable to question his diagnosis.Arrogant/ego does not relieve a doctor of the responsibility of doing a through job. I would avoid this doctor, even as a second opinion.

My first time seeing Dr. Kim. I chose him based of yelp reviews. I felt so comfortable the minute he walked in and how confident he made me feel that my concerns were understandable but assured me that I need not worry.

Very unkind and take long , long time to get answer from doctor Even Very simple hearing test, take one month? Very very unhapoy!
