The worst, most unorganized, unprofessional office I’ve ever tried to deal with. They will make you wait forever and are not at all apologetic about it. Seriously, go anywhere else if you can!

I travel 36 miles to and from Dr. Winston's office, my Ophthalmologist, in Fullerton, Ca. I give Dr. Winston, his manager Fiorella, and his staff five stars, well deserved. To me, it is an office to be looking forward to visiting each time. I left my neighborhood Ophthalmologist, for Dr. Winston.

Many people work in this office and every one of them is very nice and will try to help or accommodate you as much as possible. The huge negative here is that I usually don't get seen till a half hr to an hour after my appointment time! This is the only dr's office I go to that still operates as if the patient's time is not just as valuable as theirs. (1 star rating) I could recommend Dr Winston if he would reevaluate and improve his scheduling policies because he performed my cataract surgery and did an excellent job.(5 star rating)

Bad first impression from a previous visit but decided to try them again . Second visit, same impression. "Hurry, hurry, hurry... Move these customers, push them quickly through the process." "Act like you care, act like you're listening but keep them moving" I felt like any question or request for more information was an an annoyance to them. The FAST FOOD of eyecare.

All members of the staff are honest, friendly & knowledgeable. I called for an appointment around 10:00AM. Was given 3:15PM to see the Doctor. Superior service. I will definitely recommend to my family & friends

Staff helped me to feel at ease and the hospital was clean and safe. Doctor took care of me like a family member and I am hopeful to see and drive at night again.
