You can never reach the office by phone, and forget leaving a message they don’t bother to return your call until you leave several messages. It’s impossible to get in and see the Dr even if you’re not a new patient. They even got my prescription wrong. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Wouldn't go back even if I was paid. Too many complaints to even mention. Staff needs to be curteous/respectful of patients being there. Main complaint is I was there for about 2hrs for only a 5min visit. Absolutely no respect for patients time.

Fabulous doctor and staff. Dr. Hasan has done Moh's surgery on both sides of my face. I will be having it done again and have no fear as he makes me feel relaxed and unafraid. I highly recommend this physician, he's amazing!

This review is mostly for Dr. Hassan's staff. Worst team ever! It takes at least 15 or more calls with multiple messages to reach his staff even for scheduling an appointment. They never call back! I had two appointments so far and not really received any treatment, so I cannot really comment on the doctor himself. I have been making do with a cream from my primary doctor. Just came back from my 3rd appt. without seeing the doctor because I was 10 minutes late suck in traffic, finding parking which you have to pay for by the way.

Had a Moh's procedure several years ago. The surgical scar is invisible! Also, there was little discomfort during the entire procedure. This was a complete cure, with no recurrence. Good job!

Dr. Hassan is excellent. He is thorough in his explanation of procedures and takes the needed time to address any concerns.

You better have a lot of patience to work with his staff. It takes a whole day, at least 15 calls to even schedule an appointment. No one normally answers and they never call back after you leave a message. I cannot comment on the doctor himself because I really never received a treatment from him. I started seeing Dr. Hassan last year. He has a terrific bedside manner. He is respectful, kind and caring. I am so grateful to have found a great dermatologist like him. He has found so many pre-cancerous sites that he has removed or biopsied. Skin cancer is prevalent in my family. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Hassan.
