Kiarash Khajavi's Online Review Report Card

Dr Khajavi is a great orthopedic doctor/surgeon. I'd recommend hi highly! It's been a few years since my shoulder surgery but I've also been back for other things. He explains everything to you & gives you time to understand.

Dr. Khajavi and his team are second to none. We did a lot of research before choosing someone for my father's knee replacement surgery. We know a few of the doctors and nurses at St. Jude's, and almost all of them recommended Dr. Khajavi! I am so happy we chose him. He has an outstanding bedside manner, was extremely knowledgable, and along with his PA Austin, provided first class care. Recovery has far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for the best orthopedic doctor, I would highly recommend him!

After dealing with the run around from insurance for a year and a half regarding my shoulder, I got an MRI that said I had a tear. I went to see Dr. Khajavi who proceeded to tell me the MRI was wrong, but not discuss further, acting as if it was a pointless thing. He then proceeded to tell me to continue to do as I've been doing the past year and a half and we'll see how it goes despite no relief. He disregarded my complaints, my pain, and quality of life. Seeing him was a waste of time and money.

Dr. Khajavi did PCL surgery on my son. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, informative and caring. Dr. Khajavi, and the PA who works with him, Austin Perkins, provided medical care at the highest level. Surgery was successful and the experience was great. And after 9 months, the results were better than expected. Highest gratitude to Dr. Khajavi and PA Perkins.

Visited Dr. Khajavi for a second opinion on shoulder surgery. He was on time, reviewed the MRI results, and answered all our questions and provided a lot of information that the proposed surgeon did not. Wife ultimately decided to forgo the surgery after our discussion with him. We were very impressed by Dr. Khajavi, and if or when surgery becomes necessary would definitely have him do it.

Dr. Khajavi is a great doctor. He has treated me for last 12 years and i am always feel comfortable with his outstanding treatment and advise. He is more detail oriented and he explain the treatment in details and the condition of the situation. He always smile and very professional. His staff is also friendly and walk extra mile to help all patients. I man my whole family are seeing Dr. Khajavi and we all are happy with him and his knowledge and resolving all our pains. I tore my meniscus and acl playing tennis at 59 years old. Dr Khajavi recommended physical therapy. I have to admit I wasn't to sure about this because I love to hike, ride bikes, play tennis and pickleball. I was diligent about my rehab but was told it would take a good 6 months before playing tennis or pickleball. I was able to bike and hike with a brace 3 months later and true to his word play pickleball 6 months later. It has been almost a year now and I would say I'm about 99.9 percent fully recovered. I know many people whose doctors recommend surgery and they never recovered fully or have constant pain. THANK YOU Dr Khajavi , I feel truly blessed to be still so active. Side note ...I still wear a brace for pickleball for added security against reinjuring my knee.

If your looking for an orthopedic I highly advise you looking elsewhere. Never listens to you doesn’t mak eye contact when talking and disrectful. I have been going to st Jude heritage for 15+ years. Love Love Love everything about them but wow what a 360 when I met dr. Khajavi I couldn’t believe he was part of st. Jude’s organization. Seek elsewhere if possible.

I had a right rotator cuff issue that was handled beautifully by Dr. Khajavi. I had a torn bicep tendon, torn rotator cuff tendon, bone spurs, arthritis on my collar bone and bursitis on my clavicle. Dr. Khajavi took the time to explain everything in detail about the issues and procedures. The surgery was a complete success. I am a 56 year old male who is very active and was back to normal activities in 1 year (Weight lifting & Tennis). His staff was great too!

I had a torn meniscus and acl. Dr Khajavi recommended no surgery just physical therapy. I wasn't to sure about this because I am still very active at 59. Long story short at 6 months I was back to biking, hiking and pickleball with a brace. A year later, I would say I am 99.9 percent back to normal. I still wear a brace for pickleball for added protection. Thank you Dr Khajavi for not putting me through an unnecessary surgery.
