Long wait 1-1/2 hr after apptmt time scheduled. Possibly 6 mos b4 getting surgery d/t unavailability of surgery suites for the one day month he’s here. Why bother coming to this area if there’s no follow thru for the surgery? I am an RN so I’m aware how things shud be run in medical field, & this is totally unacceptable.

Terrible experience, we have been seeing him since 2017 because we have no other options in the lower desert. The wait is typically 3 hours and when I asked him why the wait is always so long he told me that I should look for services elsewhere if I was not happy. He tried to belittle me when I questioned his assessment and I felt like he tried to intimate me because I was a women. I collected all my daughters personal records and will never return.

My visit was very smooth. My appointment was at 0940 and at 0940 my appointment began! My assigned Dr. Grant made me felt comfortable and most of all he made me felt knowledgeable about my eyes condition! I asked questions and he answered them ensuring that I understood why I was having certain issues with my eyes!

We believe in acknowledging unsatisfactory as well as satisfactory experiences. We were SATISFIED with our experience at Acuity Eye Group in Westchester, Ca with Dr. Kweku Grant- Acquah. We appreciate the promptness, friendly staff, super clean and aroma friendly lavatories, and the movies (as oppose to infomercials) while waiting to be seen by the physician.
