Leslie T. Pham's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pam for about a year. She was recommended from within Clarity Eye Group for cataract problems with both eyes. I had surgery done on both eyes about three months apart. Her professionalism as a doctor couldn’t be any better as she followed my recovery and every office visit, but the most important thing is that she performed the surgeries with great success. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome to be able to clear without contact lenses. Thank you Dr. Pham

I went to see Dr. Pham after my friend and her husband told me how happy they were with her care and the cataract surgeries she did for them. She seemed to genuinely care and she listened carefully. She ordered tests to check for other diseases and was very thorough. She made referrals to other physicians as needed.

I usually don't write reviews but this doctor went above and beyond for my mother. She discovered something on an exam in the office that made her think my mom needed to go to the hospital right away. My Dad thought it could wait and was saying so to the doctor and that's when Dr. Pham reached out and called me and my sister to ask us to please take my Mom...we did and it was very lucky because she could have lost her sight. Dr. Pham continued to call us until she knew we had been taken care of. Not many doctors would take so much time and effort- she is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met!

I saw Dr. Leslie Pham for the first time about a month ago and was so pleased with her caring manner and especially the way she clearly explained what the tests and measurments were telling her about my eyes, without my even asking! She is able to put very technical stuff into language that a non-medical person can understand. She took the extra time to reasssure me about the condition of my eyes (I worry because of my family history) and what are the best steps I can take to keep them healthy. I feel like I am in very good hands and will let my family and friends know that I have found an outstanding ophthalmologist.

Now in practicing in Providence, RI. Passive-aggressive & condescending at best. Made sure to emphasize she was an ophthalmologist not an optometrist- in fact why I chose her. Cut me off when I was describing my history & said, "I don't know what your talking about." Asking questions, reviewing my prior records & getting to know me would have helped. Could have explained fancy med terms in layperson terms but wanted to show how smart she is. Seems to have a "treat 'em and street 'em" attitude.

I still do not entirely understand my diagnosis because every time I opened my mouth, her response left me feeling like I was being scolded.

Dr. Pham has long fingernails like a wild cat. Rude and talks in a demeaning way. Physically rough while pulling down your eyelid. Poked at a previous surgery spot,, not knowing what she was looking at, and abbrasively injured my eye tissue.
