Mark Song's Online Review Report Card

Typical old Korean doctor educated in old school Korean style. Bit of know everything, I've seen everything, and assume all. I get it, he has long experience being a doctor. He is my primary Doctor now, I had to give him extra star.

To the employees of the clinic, if you're not going to help, or don't want to help, simply tell the patient. Instead, giving me the run around for 1.5 hours, I decided to make an appointment at a different doctor for my partially numb hand, and as I write this I hope this makes you feel guilty and hope you care about your patients more

Past 35yrs of seeing Doctor Song was honored.

Waiting for an hour to see doctor for not even 10 minute is not worth it. They think patients times are not valuable enough. No wonder all the patients are elderly. I’m changing my primary doctor and NOT coming back!!!! I’ll give them zero point if possible

My mom went to this office a few days ago for the blood test. She was only able to make waitlist during the morning time frame. Since I couldn't take my mom to the office, she went there by herself.She told me all the great experience about this location. The receptionist was welcoming and greeting with smile. Although she doesn't speak English well, there are people who can help patients with English barrier. Form the beginning to the end, she was satisfied.

They don’t even deserve one star 9:30 예약해서 기다렸다 주위에 할아버지 할머니 10명이상 기다리신다 10:10 불러서 들어가니 어느 방으로 안내한다 거기서 다시 기다리란다 (그방에 6명이 있다) 또 30분을 기다려서 들어가니 의사 선생님이 5분 이야기 하고 나간다.... 이렇게 성의없고 이상한 병원은 처음본다. 어머니는 이 병원에서 초음파 검사 받으라는 전화를 받고 나랑 그날 같이 갔다 왜 이렇게 어르신들만 있는지 알것 같다 이사람들은 한번 이라도 오신 분들에게 정기적으로 전화해서 오셔야 한다고 이야기 한다 노인들은 어차피 메니커어에서 내주는 거고 내 어머니가 예약을 안해도 검사받으셔야 합니다 하면 어른들은 네 알겠습니다 하고 간다 내가 화나는건 6개월전에 소변 검사를 하라고 연락와서 했다는데 내 어머니는오줌소태때문에 화장실을 수도 없이 가신다. 며칠후 다른병원 가서 방광염인지 알았다 내가 우리 어머니 주치의를 바꿔버렸다 약 몇알만 먹으면 화장실 땜에 고생 안하셨을일을.. 모든 검사만 하고 돈 만. 챙기는 병원. 병원이란 단어도 쓰기 싫다 여기는 노인들 대기실이지. 병원이 아니다

prescribed to me the wrong medicine for my kidney condition. he did not explain my health condition to me so i had see another doctor.

This office is too chaotic and unorganized. Too many old naive patients that gets taken advantage. If you're looking for honest caring doctor, this is not it. Look further. If you stick with this office, you're nothing but another file.

Not a great start. Mark Song is my new MD I have yet seen him, but I went to the office today to drop off my insurance information in hopes to speed up the process when I actually have the appointment. I get there around a little before 1025. I walk into the office and I see the front desk and the lights are off, but there is a window with blinds where I can see people behind it. I figured maybe the receptionist ran out for a minute to do things. I wait till around 1030 and call the number (714) 626-0700 and a nice lady picks up saying "Hello, Doctor Song office." I said "are you guys open?" She says, "yes, the LA office." I said, "but I called the Fullerton office and I'm at the Fullerton office." She says, "sorry its open tomorrow, the calls are forwarded here." I state, "ok but the office is open and I just walked in?"So what bugs me is that on Google it states the Fullerton office is Open and closes at 5pm, also there is a sign that says the office is open. Pictures attached. Just wanted to make this office aware that its not a great sign for a new patient that office hours are posted online, and at the location; but yet you guys are not open. Just annoyed I wasted time driving down.
