If she doesn’t like people why did she become a doctor?

Please find other doctor, bad service like she is mad at you and very impatient and just want you out of door , look for other doctors

I loved Dr. Santos - she was very patient and thorough and took care of my problem. I am now making her my official gynecologist!!!

This doctor has horrible bed side manners. She is condescending and answers questions by telling you she will give you literature to read. She should receive 0 stars. She needs to understand patients are concerned for their health and she should take the time to inform them rather then scold or get irritated when they ask questions. Our healthcare system is a disgrace. She has confirmed this with her horrible attitude and lack of compassion. Three months to get an appointment and all she did was waste my time. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. If you are having a bad day Dr Santos leave it in the hallway. I have never left feeling so upset from a doctors appointment. Shame on you. The office staff was exemplary. Maybe the doctor could learn a thing or two from them.

She will put on a nice face occasionally but it feels fake; most of the time she is the coldest, most unsympathetic person I've ever met. No bedside manner

OMG This doctor is seriously bipolar, very rude and harsh, no bed side manner what-so-ever! I still can't believe my experience I just had with her his morning. If it wasn't for the nurse (Donna) I would had left! I went in for a Cystoscopy. Nervous and not sure what to expect, this DR did not make things any better. She was quick and abrasive, I told her to stop, and for them to give me more lidocaine to numb me, she left the room pissed off, which made me even more nervous bc she needs to come and finish the procedure. I kept apologizing but it did really hurt. She needs to be working on a car, not a human, especially a woman's sensitive area like this! Then the nurse said her supervisor was going to come in 10 minutes, but then Dr. Santos came back in and (her attitude all of a sudden got lil better) I asked her to please go in slowly and more gentle. It was better after the second shot of lidocaine and we got thru it. I would highly suggest finding someone else.
