Very professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. McConnell since 2016, I think. Always straight forward answering questions or concerns. The procedures I see him for are effective.

Entire staff excells at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. McConnel thoroughly explains all parts of the process simply and concisely. Kudos to all !

I was referred to Dr McConnell for excess skin losing over 100 lbs. From the first visit I was very impressed by Dr McConnell and his staff. All I experienced was professionalism and compassion. Dr McConnell listened to my concerns and scheduled me for a panniculectomy. I had that surgery 2 weeks ago. Everything has healed perfectly! Dr McConnell has kept an eye on me to make sure that I am healing well. I am looking forward to having a breast reduction with him in the future! I would definitely recommend Dr McConnell to anyone wishing to improve their appearance and health!

I had a squamous cancerous spot on my scalp. Dr. McConnell removed it quickly and professionally.

Highly disappointed/angry at what he did to my eyes. I had problems immediately after surgery. Extreme eye pain (like someone stabbed me in the eye), coincidently I had to have my retina repaired as I ended up with a small tear in my retina (will never know what he did!) One eyebrow is noticeably higher than the other. He CHANGED the shape of my eyes. I had painful strings coming out of my head he had to remove after I complained for weeks. He revised my left eye in his office..he was very quick and sloppy. That eye looks horrible. No review will change the mess he created nor will it hold him accountable for the suffering he has caused me. I can only warn others. My eyes look horrible thanks to hi.! Everyone always comments on why they look tired, or what's wrong

Dr McConnell performed blepharoplasty to correct some of the mild drooping I was unhappy with. I really liked Dr McConnell and was excited about him performing surgery. Unfortunately, my procedure was awful. After surgery one eye hurt terribly. It felt as if I'd been stabbed in the eye with a sharp object. I had trouble opening the eye it hurt so bad and my vision was blurry. He assured me everything was fine and would get better. I paid extra to have a "brow lift" during my surgery. He assured me this would give me a nice look. This was terrible. On one side I had painful string poking out of my head. He kept saying it was fine. I returned so he cut the extra thread that was coming out of my head (from the brow lift). My left eye continued to be droopy so he had to redo that side. He did the revision with local anesthesia in his office. He was super fast. Didn't mark me, just cut and stitched. That eye looks awful. My eyelid looks higher on that side. He insisted that is how my eye was (I've compared thousands of pictures and it is not the case). My eyes were my best feature, his procedure changed the shape of my eyes. People always think I'm tired. My family always ask what's wrong ? My eyes look tired. I paid to have this awful procedure that changed my eyes. I hate the way they look. Additionally, several months after surgery I discovered I had a tear in my retina in the same eye that hurt horribly after surgery, coincidence? Doubt it but can't prove, something happened during surgery. I told him in my many follow ups (which he kept telling me "swelling would go down, it would get better" none of it happened. One eyebrow is significantly higher than the other thanks to that awful brow lift he performed. My eyes were almond shape they are now round because it seems he cut /stitched down and the brow lift pulls my eyes changing the shape. Additionally, my eyelids still feel very heavy. I wonder if he caused damage to the eye muscles. I've spent alot of money on botox since surgery to try to correct the mess he created. I attempted to reach him again to ask if releasing the brow lift was an option (hopefully to help with the brow differences), but he never replied. Every single day I look in the mirror I regret having this procedure done by Dr McConnell. Your eyes are so important and Dr McConnell caused me a lot of pain, suffering and disappointment.

His staff was always very polite and helpful. I wish I could undo my decision to going to him. My experience was awful. Immediately after surgery, one eye hurt terribly.
