Had hernia surgery where he used defective mesh and right away had a seroma. He said it should go away on its own. One month later had mesh removed as I went into septic shock. Nearly died and then a few days while in ICU where the treatment was outstanding and they saved my life, he vanished for 3+ months. Never heard from him again and after 10 days in ICU and 20 total days in hospital, I was finally released not by him with a detailed plan, but by one of his interns with no detailed plan. They kept telling me that they did not not his whereabouts and when he was coming back. Finally, had one of his colleagues take over my case prior to being released. Now 2.5 years later and he never ever contacted me at all. My recommendation is to stay away!

Dr. Bildzukewicz performed reflux surgery on me June 2020. Not only is he an excellent surgeon but he also takes time to listen and to give full explanation regarding the surgery and recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Bildzukewicz.

I was referred to this doctor with glowing comments that proved to be so false. He discharged me from the outpatient unit in a dangerous condition after watching a disastrous incident in post op where he did nothing. He did no scan to check on my condition which would have shown that the entire surgical repair had been destroyed and serious additional harm was done to my lung. 2 days later my heart went into a-fib from pain and I was rushed to Mission Hospital where my life was saved.

I had previously read a few reviews on Dr B and they varied in opinion. My experience was excellent! He spent at least an hour with me and my husband explaining the procedure and was patient in answering all our questions. Honestly I thought he had a very likable personality and seemed to know his stuff. When I left the office I was very encouraged and confident that I had a good surgeon.
