I must jump on here and say- that Physician Partners has been one of the best experiences in pain management I could ask for. The staff is ultimately very friendly.Dr.Dedes goes above and beyond to listen and meet your needs ! The surgery center exceeds my expectations ,Tremendously caring!!Carolyn and Elvin are the most professional, compassionate ,welcoming and understanding staff that you can ask for !Overall my experience here has been excellent   I encourage you ,if you are looking for a pain treatment team,there it!!

Just thought I would jump on here for a minute and let you know I have been a patient at this office for over 12 years and have received nothing but the best care!! Doctor Dedes has gone above and beyond to try to reduce my pain and put me where life can become manageable again. I have nothing but great things to say about Regional Pain Treatment Medical Center. Dr Dedes is extremely knowledgeable, and provides compassionate care. He always takes time to listen to me and formulates a plan while empathizing with my problems. The staff is also amazing. They are always very welcoming and helpful.

I've been a patient of Dr Dedes since he took over for Dr Liceaga, and he is the best doctor I've had, and I'm fortunate to have him as my Pain Management Doctor.I've been trying to cope with severe back pain from an old fusion surgery I got at work in the 90's which has led to a collapsed/herniated disc, a degenerative disc disease. Workers Comp Ins has changed (for the worse) a lot since my original injury, and Dr Dedes, Danielle and the team have have to try to navigate thru all the Non-Certified recommendations.Dr Dedes actually knows who I am, what my situations are, and what my treatments are and what we're trying to get me to help. Past doctors wouldn't review my files before walking in the room, which was extremely frustrating.I've endured the opioid "crisis" with the help of Dr Johnson and Dr Dedes understanding* that I need something for my Pain stronger than ibuprofen or aspirin. I'm just below the 80mgs per day and Dr Dedes has the empathy I appreciate, and isn't trying to force me to have Nothing to help me cope. We're trying other options besides the Surgery I keep getting Denied, and I'm hopeful we can get a different option he recommends, and if so, it Helps.I don't usually give "Reviews", but Dr Dedes and Team are 5 Star people in my personal opinion. I believe he *cares*, and that means everything when it comes to someone we go to for Help

Just a little shout out about the Patience first treatment at Physicians Partners of America.Dr. Dede's is my new Pain Management Doctor a few months now. I was worried about how my CHRONIC PAIN was going to be dealt with considering all the Opioid opposition. There are people besides Cancer Stage 4 patience that use Opioids responsible. Since they have No other alternatives, if DIRT would help me I'd be making MUD PIES but it doesn't. Dr. Dede's treats me with respect, NO EYEBROW RAISING, NO JUDGING no backside COMMENTS. He warned me that the Government is making the rules, he's just an ENFORCER that happens to support his family with his skills. Wonderful place and great staff!! They are totally understanding and will help out whenever needed.

I'm very sorry that Caremore no longer carries this facility. My mom has been going to this office for over 7 years now and her pain has been managed well. It's very difficult for the elderly to have to lose the resources that have been so familiar to them. I know this not only for my mother but also as Social worker in a skilled nursing facility. I hope Caremore will reconsider their decision.
