Very disappointing experience. My daughter got to the emergency room last night at 10:30. Then was taken back to a room at 1 in the morning. They told us they were admitting her and here I sit at 11 at night over 24 hours since she first arrived and still no bed! This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the policies in place to be with my child in the emergency room. Hope we never have to come back here!
The wait time is very long last time 7 hrs and when we went in finally it was in the hall way not even a room ,no privacy at all
Extremely long wait times, getting bounced from waiting area to waiting area, just to be told that the computers are down and there’s nothing they can do until they’re back up. For an emergency! No back up plan in place, wasting over 4 hours for no help whatsoever. Just ridiculous. Won’t be returning here despite a chronic medical condition that sometimes requires emergent care and it’s the closest ER. I’m sure the bill for “nothing” will be massive too.
DO NOT COME HERE. I was here last night because we thought I had apendisidus and they checked me out and said I don’t. Now I just got a CT scan somewhere else and it came out as positive. This place Put my life at risk. It’s worth driving the extra time to a better hospital!!!
Had great service from the medical team thanks a million
I came in today with my 3 year old because I was sent from the urgent care to go to an er to monitor my baby. Let me mention My 3 year old and I were able to come in to the er and the urgent care. I have abdominal pain so they sent me to labor and delivery to properly be checked. The receptionist and Dr Sue refused to see me because I had my 3 year old with me. No one was able to watch my daughter and I just came to monitor my baby. Knowing I had abdominal pain. Smh.
Worst hospital ever. Misdiagnosed and left to figure it out on my own. This place doesn’t care about you. It’s a number mill. Get that insurance money.
No safety precautions taken .Regular patients with covid symptoms patients, all in waiting room . No hand SANITIZER at all in area’s can’t believe this
Avoid this place at all costs. I was rushed to this hospital’s ER for a blood clot and it took five hours total for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong but they don’t think its fatal so I have to leave. And I then got a $5000 bill for it.The also declined to let me know that while the visit and hospital was in network, somehow the doctor seeing me was out of network. I will never return to this place again.
The worst E.R. I've been to. Our beloved father passed away here. This place cannot handle a full house, but they do keep taking people in while others suffer. Price gouching is their main concern if you ask me. Don't come here, I've warned you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
