Dr. Patel patiently tries to determine the source of your pain and she makes the best recommendations. She is professional, talented and pleasant. The system is the Provident Health Care System which is an inane bureaucracy. When you call you get ten minutes of voice-mail, numerous legal admonitions, and repetitive warnings about COVID and sometimes, suicide. But Dr. Patel is great in a field where sometimes the only answer is that you're getting old.

When my doctor left out of state I was very disappointed only to be pleasantly when Dr Patel replaced him. She is compassionate, and you never fill rushed during appointments.

Dr. Patel is an exceptional physician. My husband has seen her twice now since November 2019. She is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Really one of the best physician's we've been to. I would highly recommend her.

Good bedside manner. Asked a lot of questions to collect information. Sent me off to do a barrage of tests and tried to call me one time after. Her office staff sits there and yaps all day long, probably the worst at Saint Judes heard them the whole time I was waiting in the waiting room and also heard them complaining about patients. I called in for assistance with not being able to message the doctor through the followmyhealth app and finally to follow up on non-resonse from the doctor. Never heard back and I still have no clarity on my diagnosis. I waited 2 months to get my initial appointment with this doctor while I thought I might have a life threatening condition only to keep waiting and finally giving up on her
