St. Jude used to be a respected hospital in the orange county area but incidents like these are truly appalling and I hope that the admin representative - ALEXANDRIA is held accountable for her truly appalling actions and SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPRESENT A HOSPITAL SUCH AS ST JUDE PHONE CALL MADE AT 3:01 PM RETURN CALL MADE 3:05PM AFTER ALEXANDRIA HUNG UP The level of "customer service" displayed by ALEXANDRIA who answered the phone when trying to enroll my son with Dr. Yoon was appalling. No family should have to experience the level of disregard and disrespect she had toward our situation. First rep raised her voice when I asked a question and transferred me to ALEXANDRIA who hung up within 10 seconds of me speaking to her. She was probably hoping I didn't call back but with the sensitive situation needing to get my son scheduled - the level of disregard displayed by her actions should not be experienced by any other parent who takes their kids here. Not once did she ask if she could help. Not once did she offer a solution. When I called back she laughed on the phone as she already knew who it was when answered... is this the type of people you want to be dealing with when your children's health is on the line?? ABSOLUTELY NOT.. ST JUDE YOU MUST ADDRESS THIS

Dr Eugene Yoon was wonderful, he did not just shrug me off with old age diagnosis, as the other Drs. Have done. He truly cares about me the patient and he is one of the few Drs that looks you in the eye when speaking to you and not at the computer. I highly recommend Dr Yoon and have already. I just realized this is the wrong Dr Yoon. I was referring to Dr Eugene Yoon.🙃

Dr. Yoon is an excellent physician. He is caring and is very adept at talking to patients about complex medical conditions in a very down to earth manner without being condescending. Was so thankful to have his guidance and compassionate care as he treated our loved one.

One of the most incompetent doctors I have ever met. He destroyed my mother completely and created a record of misdiagnosis that followed her and has completely destroyed her heart and brain. Avoid at all cost!
