Nice, clean facility. Quick, efficient checkups without long waits. Friendly staff. All that you could ask for! Plus they have Sensodyne travel toothpaste! I was once offered a treatment that they said was covered under my insurance, come to find out it wasn’t covered, but the office honored the cost anyway

Dr Fallah and Erika The Nicest and Most professional people I've met

I was referred by a Friend and what a difference from my previous Dentist. Dr. Fallah is amazing, very gentle and advised what was best for me. She made me feel very comfortable (Although the Dentist is the last place that I prefer to be) I had two teeth pulled and didn't feel any pain. The Hygienist Priyam is Great too. I had my teeth cleaned a few times. The office is very Modern and super clean. The office staff completely "Knocks it out of the park!" They made me feel welcome and are super Friendly and communicative from checking in to checking out. I love their Alternative music. "I Highly recommend this office."

Every time I've had a visit at Townview Dental everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for 4 yrs now and I've never had a rude or bad experience. The front desk staff, office mgr, oral hygienists, assistants, etc. have all been amazing. My most recent dental treatment involved having my top front teeth crowned. Before starting the work I was so nervous and scared. It was a very sensitive area for me due to a traumatic injury from a violent attack yrs ago that left my teeth broken and cracked. Having work done on those teeth opened up that wound for me so I was dealing with much more internally than the external dental discomfort (when numbing wore off lol). The staff, Evelyn and Dr. Fallah did/do not know my story, yet they still treated me with such care and patience, making me feel so comfortable, ensuring I was ok every step of the way, just bc I was their patient, no story needed. It meant a lot to me and made all the difference in my experience. I was worried I'd never have a nice smile again, or one that looked like MY smile, MY teeth, that I hadn't seen in so long. I'm so very happy with my results. Dr. Fallah did such an amazing job. The shape, size, and shade of the crowns are perfect. They fit my mouth perfectly and look so natural. I feel pretty again : ) I am so grateful and appreciate everyone there!

They charged me for services NOT rendered back in March, because they were VERY pushy on cosmetic procedures. Despite me telling the dentist I only wanted one thing done. They are very deceitful. After numerous phone calls to Erika and Kevin from "billing" they only did a partial refund! Now Im emailing, and calling them again to no success for the remainder of the refund. Ive already submitted a complaint with CA Dental Board. If no refund for services not done, I will seek legal expert advise. BE CAREFUL! Tell the dentist DO NOT PUSH COSMETIC PROCEDURES and have them put in on your record in writting!

Customer service is so fake. The office and company itself puts your situation off like you are a nobody!! They act all sweet and innocent to you over the phone, but once they hangup no work is being done to work towards a resolution. I've been dealing with a treatment plan refund for over two months now and still have yet to hear any updates. I've logged every time I call onto my notes, left numerous voicemails and even spoke to Erika the manager so many times, and all that I've been told is "let me check on that for you, I'll call you back". Two months later after nagging them I have yet to receive a call back and I call multiple times a week asking for an update. Its so ridiculous to the point that the receptionists know me by my voice the moment they answer the phone. Why should a patient need to be treated this way, being pushed off like that is ridiculous. It's so unfortunate that they have caused me to be sent to collections for a treatment that I won't be doing with them. Speaking of which, I will definitely not return to any Dental Views or Town view Dental clinic ever!! Note: There are numerous other reviews on this website stating similar claims, do not let this be you! Listen to all the reviews. People take time out of their day to write them for a reason.
