List of Urgent Care Pros- Fullerton's Reviews
This is the BEST Urgent Care facility I've ever been to and my wife and I have been to many in our area. This office is VERY clean. Every single person working here from the front desk people, the back office techs and the Doctors are very efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this urgent care any higher !!!
Extremely fast service. Clean and friendly. The PA was awesome and I had read previous reviews about this place so we chose to come here and I'm glad we did.
Always have a great experience with all the staff at this facility
Very thorough and the facility is state of the art!
The quality of care I received here is beyond my wildest dream. I felt so cared for from beginning to end . I called to make sure they accepted my insurance and if I (Covid positive) could come in. The receptionist made me feel so cared for like I was family. I cried when I left because she made me feel so loved. The check in process is easy , the PA saw me quickly and my meds were sent over to my pharmacy before I even walked to my car! I 100% will be coming here from now on. Thank you guys so much ! Btw this clinic is beyond clean so I felt safe .
Front desk was very hospitable, but the rest of my visit was not what I'd expected. Came in about 3 weeks ago for my right knee. I fell down the stairs. They went thru their normal protocol questioning and even took xrays. Xray tech was not very knowledgeable or good at what she does. After they sent it over, I waited 3 hours! for the xray results to come in from 3rd party. They never replied and asian PA insisted that the tech wouldn't reply to their request for analysis after multiple requests. I went home with glue which was applied in my skin (which I had extreme pain when applied, 1st sign) and reassurance that the PA examined the xrays and bones looked fine but go get the ligaments checked our if pain insues. (Dont give a prognosis if you you arent sure or trained) They promised a call the next day but they didnt so I called back. They said they will contact them again... So you didn't check in the morning? Finally called back and they said nothing wrong with my bones. Went about my life for 3 weeks but didn't heal so went in to see an ortho Dr. They took xrays, which was night and day. Everything from the stance they put you in, professional guidance and image quality. Dr informed me I has a fracture on my patella all the way through the kneecap. I should of been put on splints or braces!!! Here at the urgent care the nurse amd PA touching my broken knee with glue and touching the painful area while taking xrays. Not all white coats are reliable. Now I need another 6 weeks on full brace. You go in expecting sound medical advise. All I got from this clinic is 3 hour wait in an empty room, blurry xray photos (which was probably the reason tech rejected even analyzing it!) and more pain I had going out then coming in. Hope they don't misdiagnose another person with more serious issues. Can't believe they sent blurry photo of my knee to the tech... and told me it's the 3rd parties fault. PA said she took a look at the xraya in detail. What did you see other than a blurry patella! Straight up useless. On top of this they prescribed ibuprofen which i learned from my doctor that it will hindered bone renegeration. Omg how much more damage.
The PA I saw was very compassionate. He listened. He didn’t make any judgment or assumptions. He ordered an MR I for my back. The office processed the referral quickly on a Sunday. By Tuesday I had my MRI and the office called me with the results and send me a copy of the report. Everyone was compassionate, caring, and effective. I was very impressed. I will absolutely use them again should I need urgent care services or some type of urgent imaging in a non -emergency situation.
Ive been to this Urgent Care twice in the last year and half and I think they are Awesome! Professional, responsive called me to check on me two days following my visit. I am so glad they are in my medical group and are less than half a mile from my home. Ive been to the highest reputable hospitals and they don't give the same care and concern as this Urgent Care does. They do a great job! Thank you !
First visit was MIS-diagnosed. Second visit (10 days later for same issue) was UN-diagnosed w/the suggestion to see a podiatrist. Both visits were by PA's. While a single PA visit is acceptable, if a patient returns w/the same concern, an NP or MD is in order. Both visits included identical x-rays for which I was charged ~$1,000. If visit 1 indicated no structural bone issues, why would the same test be performed...and again: why not by an NP or MD AS I REQUESTED! I will, and recommend others, avoid this facility.
Horrible service, heard every exact detail of other patient’s medical issues and history through the walls (I can give you names and dates and type of surgeries), as well as nurses commenting about a parent being like “that Gypsy Rose story”, and after waiting in the room for over an hour they came in thinking I was somebody else then left again. I waited another 30 minutes and then finally left.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
