I have been a patient of Dr. Tu for over 10 years. I highly recommend his practice. From a root canal to a crown replacement to a deep cleaning session, Dr. Tu and his staff made me feel comfortable and almost pain free visit! Definitely not shy about using anesthetics. My kind of Dentist!

My Dentist Dr Zaw Thu is awesome. A couple of months ago, I came to him for my root canel done. He was very gentle and very good at what he does. I was very little in pain and able to eat the next day. I m so glad I found the dentist not only good at his job but also very caring and patience.

The dentist now is Dr Zaw Min Thu. He has taken over this clinic 2 years ago as additional dental clinic. I do regular cleaning every year with him. He is very good, clean, gentle and he has also done invisalign for me.

I don't even know why I signed up this place to my insurance. I took my son for a check up last year and had a terrible time. First of all, I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment because I wanted to get a head start on the new patient paperwork. My paperwork was ready to go and we were just waiting in the waiting area. Then a couple came in and were taken right away by the dentist. They didn't have an appointment but were referred to this dentist by a friend so they went in before me. I patiently waited and waited, and then after about 40 minutes I finally said something. My son kept asking why it was taking so long since he was so hungry and had to be fasting in case he needed work done. There was a dental assistant that felt sorry for us and kept coming out saying the dr will call you in a few minutes, blah, blah, blah, but he was too busy with the other couple. I was very disappointed in the wait and at their receptionist' customer service. She was a Mexican girl who kept making personal calls instead of doing her work. She gave me lots of attitude. I should have walked out at that point, but I gave the dentist a chance and let him do the work on my son, because he's actually a good dentist on my opinion. This month I went back for my regular check up. Same rude receptionist was there and asked whom I had made the appt with. I told her I had called earlier in the week. Then she told me they no longer accepted my insurance. I can't tell you how much relief I felt when she said that. I was very anxious. I wasn't looking forward to another awful experience.

This place is a joke. The worst customer service and you wait for ever before you are seen. At least an hour and a half after your appointment time.
