I was impressed by the state of the art technology they used. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Han was very clear and explained everything showing me the retinal images they took.

This new location is very nice, easy to find it on the GPS, parking is convenient. Patients  can be relax with views outside, staffs very happy, friendly and professional.

Dr Du and her staff are thorough and very professional in how they work with you. And, they are kind and friendly as they do it. You come away knowing that if they say all is well, it is indeed all well; or if they find something that needs to be addressed, they do that, and you know you are getting the best care possible. That makes Acuity the place you want to be.

Doctors and staff are great!  The office is nice and bright with lots of seating.  Best of all (to me), Clean!  Will continue coming here.  Parking is easy.

Dr. Suk and the staff are excellent.  I definitely recommend them. the appointment took a little while, but Dr Suk explained everything in detail, and I really appreciate Dr. Suk - he is at the top in his field. Thank you so much Dr. Suk.

The office is spacious, large waiting room which is good in era of Covid. Office staff very professional, efficient and courteous. The exam rooms also are larger. Location is easy to find and lots of parking.

Dr Elizabeth Du is the best.  She alway listen, caring and take care us as her family. The staff also are very nice and pleasant. We are so lucky to have Dr Elizabeth is our Doctor.   Thanks Dr Elizabeth for everything.   Le Do and Luat Do

Both Dr Elizabeth Du and the MA's are great! Pauline explained very well in detail each instructions of what I should do and what to pay attention to during the eye exams, etc. I very well now understood what to do during this  time of my visit. Dr Du is very pleasant and also informative of my eye condition and making sure to make another follow up for another check up of my eye condition. The new office looks good,  as a professional office, spacious and patients don't feel crowded.  However I had a problem looking for the entrance of the building since I was coming from Harbor Street. I walked outside by the street of the parking structure to look for the lobby entrance, unfortunately there was none, so I had to walk back and finally found the elevator/staircase at the side which I missed due to there wasn't any sign on the ground floor. There were two sets of the elevator buttons, I didn't press the one that has the call car yellow button since I wasn't familiar with that before instead kept pressing the other black button. Elevator didn't open. Had to take the stairs.I would suggest that the management would place a sign so that the patients would know where to go from the parking and how to get to the 3rd floor for there's no entrance lobby to the offices. Over all my visit was great. Glad I was accommodated even though I was late due to wasn't informed when I got the reminder call that the office has moved. I went to the old office thinking I was 10 mins early before my appt time. Thank you for asking me for my comment.
