The customer service here is so so bad! The staff are disrespectful towards patients and perform their tasks irresponsibly! They denied us our medical tests because of a mistake they did in failing to inform us of the necessary paperwork.

The customer service here is very very rude. The staff was discriminated against my family as we spoke English with an accent. The staff is irresponsible and fails to inform patients about the entire process!
