Ladies at the front desk are so rude, why this type of people are working here?

Arrived here for the first time to get a acupuncture treatment recommended from my primary doctor. Hands down, my review for the staff there and Dr. Leyla a medical expert who specializes in acupuncturist and chiropractor all working together have given an A+ service.Dr. Leyla has a tremendous passion, determination and experience for doing what she enjoys. I felt very comfortable talking to her. Sitting down and talking with her during my first visit, I felt comfortable.My first acupuncture treatment was comforting and smooth sailing.Continuing my treatment with Dr. Leyla will be the best decision I made.She knows her stuff.Dr Leyla, may God continue to bless you and the nurses who I've met there who also have a passion to help and to give us the assistance we need.

Dr. Chester Mojica can't handle his job and tries to hold services over his patients heads. I got there early every time and still was seen late every time. He's rude and doesn't listen. I've been in bad health my whole life, so I've seen an incredible number of doctors in my lifetime and he is by far the worst. I dropped him at great inconvenience to myself.

It's fun being left in the dark on your diagnoses while also having doctors add things to your chart to make you look bad in the eyes of other docs.

Service ebbs and flows sometimes four stars sometimes two stars

I saw a doctor here and my experience was the worst I'd ever had with a medical doctor. Just awful. I was not listened to whatsoever. I was explaining my family history and personal history, as it was a first time appointment. He kept interrupting me to ask me a question that I literally just answered right before he interrupted me. He did not listen to me at all. He told me "I see right through you. You look fine. You smile with that beautiful smile. Just keep going. You're stronger than you think. You'll be fine." Yet prescribes me a new medication and writes one for the one I was already taking. I ended up going into a manic episode because of this shitty "doctor". He should NOT be working with mental health patients. He's not qualified at all.

If the primary here is bad then there isn't a word disgusting enough for the psych at this facility. Both are quacks and wave around decades of experience to crush any and all issues that may arise or just label patients so other doctors will treat them like crap. They work hand in hand with the HMO facility downstairs which raises serious hipaa concerns unless they made me sign things years ago waiving my rights. I saw the warning signs, I saw people being treated at this facility like they had been in the google and yelp reviews and even experienced some for myself but stayed. Why, maybe I really am crazy. I thought they were trying to help me when they were undermining my treatment and setting me back several years mentally and emotionally.I left them behind and am glad for it but it's going to take years to undo the damage they caused me.

RUN!!!!I highly suggest that you find a different place to go for your medical needs.From the get-go, I should have known better and gotten the hell out of that place after my first encounter with the charming and knowledgeable  bedside manner of Dr. Mojica.Dr. Mojica is probably the WORST doctor I have EVER seen in my entire life.He's presumptuous.  He's RUDE.  He doesn't listen-EVER.  If you question him he'll be so angered that he'll kick you out of his office.  God forbid we have to ask a doctor a QUESTION or question something inaccurate on a chart.  He'll chase you down the hall into the reception area and into the waiting room YELLING at you like a flippin kid throwing a fit!  Absolutely unbelievable!  That blew my mind!If he sees you in the clinic again, he'll make snide, immature comments TRYING to provoke a response from you.  Again and again!You'll be lucky if you get 5 minutes with him YET he made the time to make me sign an AMA because I didn't want a flu shot?  WTH???THEN he insisted on a tetanus shot! I wasn't there for my annual vaccinations for crying out loud!ANYTHING to bill my insurance company with.His people skills are nonexistent.  He seriously should work in a laboratory- BY HIMSELF! Please do him a favor, for his mental health, go to another facility.This place just plain sucks.

Well, where do I start!!! One problem after another!! I accompany my family member to his appointments and it's just so sad to see how little pride these people have!!!  I have given them so many chances. Always some excuse. Talk about Patient privacy (none)Send our RX to the pharmacy (5 days later, after I show up to the office to complain in person, because the phone call I made to make sure it was sent and going to the right place was ignored!! Supervisor is just rude and won't acknowledge any mistakes!  One occasion we were chased down the stairs, ( We forgot to draw your blood! Can you come back).   The worst thing is the wait, so so long. For anything!!    Also three times he was stuck with the needle to get blood! (Disappointed)

I have been coming here for years and I've never had a problem with anybody they understand you and then make you feel like family I've never had to wait for an appointment they always they always pick up the phone you never have to wait I can always get an appointment when I need it and I could not ever ask for a better Dr or nurse and the staff is awesome also I rate this above a 6 actually if they had 10 of Goten
