Ladies at the front desk are so rude, why this type of people are working here?

It's fun being left in the dark on your diagnoses while also having doctors add things to your chart to make you look bad in the eyes of other docs.

Dr. Chester Mojica can't handle his job and tries to hold services over his patients heads. I got there early every time and still was seen late every time. He's rude and doesn't listen. I've been in bad health my whole life, so I've seen an incredible number of doctors in my lifetime and he is by far the worst. I dropped him at great inconvenience to myself.

Service ebbs and flows sometimes four stars sometimes two stars

I give them a one because I experienced all the bad reviews in one appointment by the time they asked for my blood draw I just wanted to get a referral for an xray for my swollen hand so I can get out of there asap. Which they gave to me completely blank! Smh

The staff has no training, they lied to cover their mistakes, because of that I have been in pain for more than a month. Avoid this medical office, they are not there to help.

I have been coming here for years and I've never had a problem with anybody they understand you and then make you feel like family I've never had to wait for an appointment they always they always pick up the phone you never have to wait I can always get an appointment when I need it and I could not ever ask for a better Dr or nurse and the staff is awesome also I rate this above a 6 actually if they had 10 of Goten

Abstract - Executive SummaryThis report pertains primarily to Keith Torkelson, MS and his partnership with Nurse "Martha".  We are Mentalation Solutions Group (MSG) and we engage in Advocacy and External Quality Review efforts about Health & Human Services.  Keith was first served by Martha G Gil (Martha) during the summer of 2012.  Keith has had more than fifty encounters with Nurse Martha since this time.  Our partnership is concentrated about her role as a phlebotomist for Keith's monthly Complete Blood Count (CBC) lab work.  Martha has never "blown out" any of Keith veins.  We have a standardized set of measures we us to evaluation clinical (and clerical) relationships with our health providers.  What follows are our findings for year 2018 centered about Nurse Martha.  -Vital Plus and Quick Scoring (Service Interval 2018)While applying our Vitals Plus Assessment Tool we discovered that Nurse Martha delivered a 4.6 of 5.0 stars level of service.  We differentiate our MSG stars from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Stars by not using uppercase as does CMS.  In addition we call our stars Star Equivalents.  Martha team earned 4.0 stars for clinical and clerical help.  On and off we add a bonus point for improvements that we sustained.  With a bonus point we give Martha 5.0 stars for an "A+".  Martha is what we call the team lead nurse for Central City Community Health Clinic (CCCHC).  We included objective information about CCCHC that we found recently on the website "Yelp".  On 20181203-M six (6) "Yelpers"  had reviewed CCCHC.  CCCHC (Garden Grove) overall Yelp rating is 1.0 star(s).  It would appear that Martha is a very high performer about the CCCHC operation.  Hats Off to Martha G Gil.  In our online Yelp review we are going to give the whole agency Martha's score of 5.0 starts even though overall they deserve a score somewhere in the ballpark of 3.0 stars.  We earned no freebees for sharing this evaluation.

I want to thank the office for a great service. I'm so content with my care that I have even referred my friends. I'm not very knowledgeable with all this Insurance stuff. but the staff made it very easy for me to understand. She was very courteous and was able to help me with many questions that I had she was also patient enough to explain  to me the process. The young ladies that called us for also so kind and made us feel welcomed. They even know you by first name. the property outside  does not seem so safe I wasn't sure if it was a homeless shelter. Sometimes you can hear other people screaming outside.

I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Chester Mojica,of Central City Health, for taking the time to care about me and my health. He has been my doctor for about the last 7 or 8years. And, he has truly shown his colors, in caring for the mentally ill community. It is a pleasure to seehim, and to know that we are not forgotten and receive the best possible medical services fromDr. Mojica and his crew of medical personnel.
