Choc Children's Speciality Clinics's Online Review Report Card

Staff is friendly here the problem is the communication between the system and the way they interpret rules and loops they choose to use, this place is a great place for children but also could be a potential harm to children due to the fact that it is so easy for miscommunication and information that could lead to potential malpractice on their end due to medicating, over medicating a child or wrongfully diagnosing a child leaving them at a potential risk of being an experiment and being treated for the wrong thing, I understand most people say they are doctors and know what they are doing but they are also human and as human we make mistakes, I'm currently going through a situation at this location that has potentially harmed my children and could even be prolonged if not addressed, staff is working with me at the moment to find a solution but it seems more like a loop hole to cover themselves. I ask any other person who has experience something similar where there child is told they have a condition that does not make sense, or diagnosed wrongfully to express your concern here so others can speak up and help others, it does not take a doctor to know factually and in your heart when what your being told is not accurate.

What an amazing and powerful establishment. To care for  community by helping anyone in need with whatever issues their going through sends a powerful message to those above. It's been an amazing ride over 41 year to watch you grow from a clinic to becoming a power house place for children. The facility is so beautiful like a dream come true for me! Super hard to schedule an appointment. When i was at the clinic, i can't schedule an appointment in 2 months advanced. When i called to schedule an appointment for my child to see the doctor, it's all booked for the next 2 months. Basically it's pointless.

Estoy/muy/enojada/solo/vine/para/aue/chequearan/el/brazo/de/mis/hijos...llegue/desde/las/4:10pm..y/ninguna/enfermera/se/acerco...aun/sigo_aqui::5:39pm....estoy/esperando... las_enfermeras/no/son/lo/mismo/de/antes.

I preface this review with saying this is only in regards to the front desk workers. Walked in to inquire as to what services they provide & I was told that they had absolutely no idea what services they provide there. I was told I had to call the main hospital number to get that information. I did & they transferred me to the CHOC clinic scheduling employees. The fact they do not know what services they provide at their place of employment, were short & rude with me, & dodged any question I had, makes me wary of referring patients or community members to this clinic. It's a terrible face to have on the business. Though it's nice to see good reviews about the medical staff!

I came in today, bad impression at first. But after an hour wait. My daughter will be seen. So I'll give a better rating.

I love the clinic & my sons doctor  but the scheduling department is just the worst! I have been hung up on 5 times today! 5 times! After so many try's I finally get someone on the phone and I'll let them know I'm trying to leave a message for my sons doctor & they say please hold then they hang up. They need to come up with a better way of scheduling!
