Deluxe Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

just waisted my time driving there for my appointment. customer service just ignorant and has zero client orientation. Was going for a consultation, got my Groupon redeemed even before got consultation and service. Would be awesome to know all the correct info while scheduling the appointment.

Paid for an upgraded IPL facial but felt completely scammed. I've had IPL treatments before and usually see redness right after and a noticeable glow the next day--this time, nothing. No redness, no results. It honestly felt like they didn't use the upgraded machine at all. During the treatment, the laser seemed unusually far from my skin, which made me question whether it was even effective. Disappointed and skeptical about whether I received what I paid for.

I don’t recommend getting neurotoxins here. The injector was pulling apart vials & mixing them in front of me. A month later my forehead is very active & my crows are showing. I usually alternate between Botox, Xeomin & Jeauveau every few months. I’ve had good results all over the country, but not here. At least my face isn’t wonky though, just maybe the Xeomin was too dilute. ***However!!! The microdermabrasion facials here are the best I’ve ever had, (after the Los Angeles location, which is actually the best), but I don’t like driving in LA traffic. The tables are heated & the ladies will put you to sleep with a lovely face, neck & shoulder massage! They’re very thorough with cleansing & making your pores spotless! I’ve been coming here for microderm for years. I’ve tried other less expensive places that just don’t come close! I walk out of here completely relaxed, with clear glowing skin! 5 stars for the facials & 0 stars for the injector.

I've been going to Deluxe Med Spa since they opened and for quite a long time. Today's facial and Botox treatment reminded me why. From the moment I walk in, the front-desk team is warm and attentive, and my facial therapist always tailors facial therapy perfectly. I'm typically cautious about Botox, but their nurse practitioner Lauren took the time to explain everything, worked at my pace, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. My experience was relaxing, reassuring, and most importantly, trustworthy. I can't recommend Deluxe Med Spa highly enough for anyone looking to give their skin the very best care.

Loved! Everyone is so nice and explain the process completely. Love the vibe, it's like a spa with gentle music playing, soft lighting, a blanket for comfort when lying down for your procedure. The technician warns you before applying creams or wiping. It's a small thing but makes a big difference to me. So excited for my results, I did ultherapy and my face is already looking great.

Skincare providers are skilled, carrying and polite, rooms are clean with deemed lights and relaxing music, appointments are on time so you don't waste your time waiting, front desk is friendly, informative and always ready to answer any question or even to give you advice best fitting for your need, and finally location is very convenient close to freeway with free parking. Love coming here for facial stress free experience, totally recommend Delux Med Spa at Irvine on Dupont Dr.

Got micro-needling done with Vivienne and she was very informative of what she was doing and was personable during my appointment. This was my first treatment of 5 so I will be updating with before and after pictures once I finish all of them. I was given some face masks to use after and that was nice! I got a package with the spa. Their Instagram always features the deals that they have and they are good, which is why it is so busy! The only reason why I am taking off a star is because I got to the location at 5 (my appointment time) and didn't get taken back until almost 25 minutes after... I know the staff were busy but I had to fill out my information on an I-Pad which I'm not sure why I didn't fill that out during my consultation, then wait longer after .... Front desk staff seemed to have talked a little bit about clients to each other, but my main point of being there, micro-needling, was great with Vivienne!

I purchased a Groupon deal for laser treatment. On the first session, I learned that they do not use their latest technologies on Groupon clients. The technicians and the front desk staff are very respectful but the technicians hardly speak English which makes the communications difficult. These would've been fine if I got results. I purchased this deal as a touchup since I had done laser treatment before and I had very little hair left. I disclosed this during my first session. Unfortunately, not only I didn't lose those few hairs, I started seeing more hair. As we all know, if a low laser frequency used, it can actually strengthen the hair growth instead of killing the hair follicles.
