The receptionists are not helpful. They do not want to assist patient. I walked in at this location 2 times and they do not show me how to get my X -ray. Two receptionists are not professional.

I don't know why all the bad reviews but this place was fine . I got my mammogram here and they were very professional. I had an appointment and I had no problems.

They don't answer their phone. When I finally got someone on the phone I asked them why they sent me a text saying to fill out paperwork when they did not send me a link to fill out anything. . Then I confirmed phone number and she repeated a phone number I don't have. This place is a joke.

My appointment was set for 3:15 , I arrived at 3:15 pm, having already filled out my forms online. Unfortunately, a female nurse with the pink dress told me am not going to do over time for you and she use the "F" word Really !!? Hi.. You do have my info and i did call back but my call was on hold for long time.

I have been refer by my doctor to this place. I hear good things about it. But waste of time, no one answers the phone. Very disappointed. 😞

Save yourself from such treacherous place. Their walk-in for xray is absolutely ridiculous. They tell you one hour and I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours to no avail. Not to mention the discourteous and appallingly rude customer service from the male front desk employee who occasionally yells at the patients. I'm simply appalled and shocked by this place of service. Save yourself from such treachery!

This place is super frustrating. I’ve tried to come and get an x-ray twice now and both times they weren’t doing x-rays. I tried to call and verify the second time and no one answered the phone. Very unprofessional!

I m so kind to give them 1 star, please don't come here, don't make appointment to see them , my dad had appointment at 4 pm, i did submit every paperwork online, because the CT, My dad could not eat anything before his appointment, He is 91 year olds, when he came, they asking about the blood test, my dad went back to his home, bring it to them, and finally, they said my dad blood result must be in a month, So a whole day he did not eat anything, just water, and he have not received any service from them. PLEASE, you guy can go anywhere to have a MRI, CT or Xray but NOT HERE, they abused people. If yelp can let me give NO star, i would like to give them Negative star, Too bad with this business. I continue to report them to the Radnet Corporate Office until they shut down this one.ONE MORE THING, TO ME, THE ONE GAVE THEM 4 or 5 STARS ARE THEIR RELATIVE NOT PATIENT, PLEASE READ THIS ONE BEFORE YOU MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THEM. PLEASE
