Good doctor and nice staff but doesn't have any consideration for the patient's time. Double books all the time. Except an hour wait past your appointment on average.

The Fullerton staff is unfriendly. You are a bother an inconvenience that is interrupting their work when a test or appt needs to be scheduled. The girlnone of them wear name tags or introduce themselveswho schedules the follow up appts is unpleasant and checks her cell phone while you are standing at her window waiting. The physicians are ok but you have to get through the staff and this is difficult. Pat answer of Dr not in and no appts. Wont even take messages just tell you to wait for your appt. We dont come to the doctor for fun. It is a scary time and some customer service goes a long way.
