Jane Chung, Lac's Online Review Report Card

This was my first appointment with acupuncture. I came in to try alternative or Eastern medicine to relieve symptoms of neck, upper and lower back pain. My first impression of Jane Chung is gentle, kind, and professional. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. She started with an assessment on any pain I was feeling throughout my body and inquiring what I have been experiencing. Throughout the process, Jane checked-in on me to see how I was feeling. She utilized a combination approach of acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. Afterwards, Jane provided the positive health benefits to each treatment approach and explained other alternative methods. Overall, my partner and I had a great experience with Jane. We would come back again.

For my very first time trying acupuncture all i can say is it actually really works. All the questions i hd about it Jane answered it. Best experience by far highly recommend it.

I’m visiting from WA & unfortunately after a couple days of being here I got a horrible sciatica flare up due to building disks. I tried going to an acupuncture place near me and after 3 appointments I felt no relief. I waited about a week & decided to give it another chance. That’s when I found Jane. After the first appointment, I felt a lot of relief on my lower back and mobility was getting better. She not only did acupuncture but cupping as well to bring my blood to the surface to reduce inflammation. I went back in for a second appointment & I’m scheduled for a 3rd. I’m feeling very confident that by next week I’ll be able to finish enjoying my vacation before I have to head back home. Jane is very attentive and shows a lot of concern & care. I can tell her main focus is for me to get better.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jane and this being my very first time doing acupuncture. I went in with a lower back pain that created a really bad back spasms and pain to my stomach area. I could barely move and lift up my leg but by the end of my second visit I was able to move comfortably and back pain and back spasms went away. I was amaze on how fast it went away and recover after my visit. I just had my 3rd visit to make sure everything is ok and I feel great. Thankful you Jane! I will definitely be coming back. :)

Ms. Jane is the best accupuncherist I have ever seen. I have seen five accupuncherist in the last three years. I have had to stop seeing them because I saw no results or improvements. She has help improve my ringing in my ears which use to drive me crazy and now is manageable. My lumbar,cervical and shoulders have never felt better and my sciatica has not hurt to a level 8/9 since I started seeing her. When it does elevateto 6/7 I tell her and the pain goes away for months at at time. My mood,, anxiety and depression has vastly improved and family members have made notice. She is by far the best of the best and if you want improvements she is the accupuncherist to see. I am glad my VA doctor was too busy to see me because he does not compare at any level to Jane.

I cannot say enough good things about Jane! Super professional and a great person over all! I have been dealing with severe back pay for years from service related injury, and with Janes help I've finally been able to deal with the pain! She is very knowledgeable and gentle. I explain how I feel and I leave feeling 100 times better. She definitely has a client for life with me! If you've never tried acupuncture or have been didn't work, give Jane a call she will definitely help you out! She's very flexible with scheduling and has been able to accommodate my busy schedule

Jane is the best! She is very knowledgeable in the art of her trade and has a very gentle touch. She has been the only one to help ease the nerve pain in my neck. I was a little nervous, but from the moment I arrived, Jane provided a soothing and welcoming atmosphere. She explained the treatments every step of the way and my comfort was always her number one priority. She even filed my insurance claims for me! Thank you, Jane!

First time trying acupuncture, I'm not a fan of needles. However they Jane Acupuncture made it easier for me to get thru the fear and had a positive initial session. I decided that I had to try acupuncture because it is a holistic step to recovering from back pain and anxiety! Thank you for the welcoming experience. I look forward to our next sessions mostly because I find it is improving my life.

First two times I called, she picked up the phone and just immediately hung up. Third time, her answer to each of my questions was "I can give you an address." This place might not even be real.
