The office stuffs are so rude, unorganized . The office manager is the rudest person who hired all people like herself around.they doson't care about patients ,not clean , even once the Secretary suggested me to continue taking my pills because she thought not necessary to check with doctor.absouloutly disasters .

* I made an appointment with this doctor but ended up cancelling in person *A few things sketched me out so I decided to cancel: - The doctor does not have a computer and uses an iPad. That's fine., but why continue to use a system if you're unable to view patient files..? It is extremely inconvenient to have to go to my doctors and gather files and it also delays my appointments to do this or get medical file clearance to fax them. - They only accept cash. I have never heard of any medical office only accepting cash and not card. Not only does it inconvenience your patients, but the staff also. The staff has to call a few days in advance to tell the cash pay so that the patient brings cash. - Face mask policy. I totally abide by any face mask policy with no complaints. But I don't understand why you have this policy if you don't provide masks to your patients? I was told by the receptionist to go to the dollar store to grab one. Why not provide them or at least tell me prior to the appointment to bring my own.?All of these items led me to believe that this office is not well organized., thus, I cancelled my appointment on the spot when arriving.

I wonder if doctor know what his receptionist does? Does he know that she is rude and unprofessional? Does he know that she doesn’t want to make an appointment to the people who has authorization and referral to this office? She hangs off the phone when patient asks her name. I will write complains to the every higher authority’s!

If the doctor wants to continue his practice he has to fire his rude and unprofessional receptionist that doesn’t say her name, hangs up on the patient and doesn’t want to make an appointment. Nightmare

Receptionist hang off the phone and doesn’t tell her name. She doesn’t want to make appointment to referred authorized patient. She makes it impossible, rude and unprofessional, I hope doctor will get a new receptionist for his own good, I will write to higher authorities about that.
