Ole Saetrum Opgaard's Online Review Report Card

My mother need follow up appointment and they canceled many times. Doctor has an attitude and staff need training in customer service. Never follow up our calls. I don’t recommend them for treatment.

Horrible service. My appointment was at 4:20pm I arrive on time for my appointment and they refused to see me because I did not arrive at 4:00 pm to do paperwork. I explained I drove 30 mins and I got here on time and still refused. The doctor was with another patient and I said I could be filling out the info while the doctor is done with the other patient. But I just checked they close at 5 . So they over book and refuse to see patients when they don't want to stay over. I canceled my authorization. They will not get a penny from me.

This doctor was in a rush, only saw me for 5 minutes, did not care about my blood concerns, did not even bother asking me more questions, and left me wondering. He was not friendly or kind. His service was very unprofessional. The office was very disorganized. He was not helpful!! Made me waste my time. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. I left annoyed and with more questions, then answers!!

This doctor has some serious issues. I was sent to him by my GP for 2 things, a recommendation for a new med and an insulin schedule. He would just stare at me blankly, couldn’t answer questions and wouldn’t prescribe anything but the same med I was on. I needed a different med because my insurance didn’t cover/provide my original med. He flat out refused to help when I called him back about it. The insulin schedule was full of errors and made no sense at all, totally useless.

If you are looking for an endocrinologist, do not come to Dr. Opgaard. His practice is so out dated, they won't let you view your lab results when they are available. You have to call them and then they will mail them to you. It's the same lab my mom always uses and usually just views her results online but for some reason Dr. Opgaard blocks this. He also is so checked out and dismisses a lot of my mom's concerns. I found it so frustrating trying to talk to him because he will interrupt and talk over you. He repeatedly tries to pass my mom off to an NP who she didn't like even though we've told him at each visit that she'd prefer to keep her appointments with him. I've found a new endocrinologist for her that takes her insurance and she is so much better. I do not recommend this practice!

This is actually my first ever medical Yelp review, and I want to dedicate it to the hardworking staff and providers of the office. From the moment I first spoke to them on the phone to when they reviewed my lab results, they have been nothing but professional and helpful in the most outstanding way. I would recommend anybody to visit this office because I truly believe that you will receive the highest quality of care and attention.

This doctor and his staff are taking great care of our autistic daughter who is also medically fragile. His nurse practitioner is smart and courteous and understands medically everything in this practice. There may be many patients but the office is organized so it helps everyone and accepts most insurance plans. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctor and his staff.

this doctor is horrible, he is lazy and doesn't know his work always refers out to see his PA. he will tell you to come back few months later when there is an urgent matter in your health. this guy should not practice do not go here its a waste even female pa sucks here too
