I dont know why theres 2 diff accounts for this place (the other one is friendly pediactrics) I remembered one staff her name was tiffany I believe with the brown hair, I needed to make an account for my kid around 11:30am on thursday there wa as no one there.. and she said that I couldn't because they were on lunch and that I had to come back the next day...awfully rude they simply dont care...

Doctors keep referring my child to specialists for his autism but everytime it takes over freaking one month and the person in charge of the authorization keeps telling me that she had reached out to me about approval but I have no records of any phone calls..

Dr Vu is such an awesome and loving dr the only thing that has changed is the staff 😞 very unorganized and so is the authorization billing person . The DR and NP are awesome, but the medical assistants definitely there’s a language barrier where most of the time they don’t understand me

The NP wrote an rx for our daughters epi pen, and was not the correct dosage said the pharmacy and our daughters nurse at her school. I waited a couple of days, for them to reply to the pharmacy no avail. I called and ask them to respond and the front desk staff said theyre busy with patience in their office currently. The doctor will answer the fax in 2 days, I asked her nicely if she can just have him respond - she said " no we are so busy with our patient", I was waiting at the pharmacy, pls just ask him. I end up having to drive their livid and dealing with a whole staff of incompetent personnel. How is it bc you have patients in the office that your " boss" who also had NP working couldnt answer an urgent matter? Theyre slobby, I do prefer the previous members of staff. The doctor pulled me aside and spoke to me, and I let him know to train his staff better also. smh

Staff is terrible. The original staff was friendly and on point. Some of the new ones are absolutely terrible at scheduling appointments and following up. We scheduled for an appointment for our son’s flu shot and the appointment kept getting pushed back because supposedly they don’t have the flu shot until finally we called and they said that all of their flu vaccines were out and the ones they had were already reserved. It’s an absolute headache dealing with them.
