First things first,What made me upset everytime is they would have multiple bookings of appointment at the same time when there is only one doctor. For example, if you have an appointment at 3 PM, there's 2 more people at 3 PM appointment along with you. They just try to squeeze in as many appointments as they can and once you meet the doctor, he tries to rush things and tell you to come back for another appointment.I had and have deviated septum.Doctor just says "How's your nose?" and I explain to him how I still have a difficult time breathing, and he says just keep using Flonase. I ended up getting septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery, and the process was a pain. Surgery itself wasn't painful but the recovery was really inconvenient. After surgery, inside of my nose was super dry and he kept insisting to do nasal irrigation and Flonase. Goodness, I think from long-term use, it is starting to have an adverse effect where I officially feel more congested and nose is dried. I stopped going to this doctor because it's an endless cycle of him telling me to use Flonase and make a followup appointment to just tell me to use Flonase.I recently had a CT scan and found out that my nose was still deviated, and I have no idea what the doctor did for the surgery. He insists that my septum was straight but I guess that was a lie. He just wants to book as many appointments, and he does not know how to run a business nor he's professional. His average yelp review shows it all.

The staffs were not helpful :/ Came here on appointment time and had to wait for 1 and a half hours. When I told them about it, they asked if I want to reschedule. I was very sick and needed to see the doctor, why would I want to reschedule and waste my time waiting today? They were supposed to cut down the number of patients per day or at least let me know the estimate wait time.

Very professional staffs, and the doctor is very thorough with you and make sure he answers all of your questions and concerns. Very easy to set up the appointment with them. Highly recommend

I came here to set an appointment, and I really hate the attitude of the staff here, especially the girl with long eyelashes, her attitude was like she didn’t want to serve,we pay money for the service and the customer service here is just like a joke.

From now on, everyone please just come to me. I will tell you Flonase and Sudafed for 3 months and for you to make another appointment. I don't care if you've tried it, I don't care if you had this problem your entire life, Flonase and Sudafed will do your deviated septum right! Trust me, I won't waste your time or collect your money.. I want you all to feel better!

Dr. Nguyen was able to see me right away on a Saturday morning. Was able to take care of ear issue and was terrific. Staff was so pleasant and very helpful and nice. Thank you all very much!

This place seems to be all about money. I’m a new patient. I had an appointment but they sent me home because the wrong “code” was entered. They proceeded to tell me the new patient 30 minute code would not be long enough. They didn’t want to end my visit right at 30 minutes. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to be seen. They “understood” the urgency of my situation and would get me in as soon as the code changed. Such a joke. They said they called to reschedule but nobody called me. I had no missed calls or voicemails from their office. I would not suggest this office. Very impersonal and unprofessional.

This man is unbelievable !!! my son and I were both his patients, but none of us got any help from him even though we ended up paying a lot of money. My son had an ear infection, and he had 3 visits with this doctor, but his problem did not get better at all, it was getting worse. He had to look for another doctor, and finally found a good one. Absolutely no recommendation to anybody.

Front desk person just threw the sign-in clipboard at me and didn't even look at me. No greetings of course. Horrible and unprofessional front desk indeed. They must be related to the doctor, other wise if I were him, I would have terminate them along time ago.
