If I could leave zero stars I would. My experience with this pediatrician was the worst medical experience I've ever had. No one checked my child's temperature or heartbeat or lungs. They only measured his weight and length. The doctor herself was condescending and unclear. She kept looking out the window while speaking to us. At one point she told us we had to wear masks while being around the baby and proceeded to pull her mask down to tell us this. Her staff was also incompetent. We waited at the front desk for a long time while the receptionist was sitting there. After what felt like an eternity we finally tried to get her attention even though it was very obvious we were waiting for her to check us out. Finally the whole reason we went to her was to receive some test results and she only told us them when I called in the afternoon. Had I not called she probably would have never mentioned them. I wouldn't trust this doctor with any children.

Never pay attention to details and take a lot of time to do authorization.

Best doctor ever have been coming here for 13 years I love the doctor always caring and would trust any other doctor with my children, she takes care of my 5 kids

I went today for a physical and it was an atrocious experience. It was way to busy and staff were forgetting stuff such as weight and height. Raman did not explain anything clearly and acted like we were just supposed to already know. Doctor left unannounced and was extremely rude during the experience. If you have an option STAY AWAY. I would not recommend this place for anyone. It took over two hours for a physical when it should not take more than one hour. She always was asking questions about my family to try to get more money. She does not care about the patients at all. I can only warn you to STAY AWAY.

The doctor herself is friendly and the nurse was very nice too but the receptionist was pretty lousy I don't think she has a lot of experience she might be new. Switched pediatricians my last place was more professional

I think the doctor should fire her front desk people. The front desk has a really bad attitude, and more importantly, she is dishonest about the fees charged by the doctor. And even worse, i made an appointment over phone through the front desk, and i drive 40 mins to get there only to be told that the doc is not there! but it turned out that the doc is in the office actually, and it would cost me 100$ to ask a question about my baby's test result. That is cheating!

We love Dr Chopra! When my daughter was a small child and we were new to the area, she was the only doctor that figured out how to medically treat our daughter after seeing 2 urgent care doctors. My experience has been that she genuinely cares about children and listens to your concerns as a parent.
