great doctor. my whole family goes to him we been coming here for over 20 years. the only doctor i trust

Run away!! I've experienced anything but horrible medical service from Dr. Patel's office. The doctor actually stoped a prescription from being filled at the pharmacy but never called me to inform me as to why. Went to numerous appointments and they're always 45 minutes late. When you talk to the operations manager, Maria, it gets even worse. Complete incompetence and terrible communication to the point that her office phone line doesn't work. Lastly, when you file a medical grievance for medical care negligence they take the easy road out and fabricated a story about me insulting their staff, which anything is further from the truth. Save yourself the headaches and waste of time and seek your medical care elsewhere.

If you respect your time you would think twice or three-plus times on coming here. I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life ! Took over 2 weeks to get a prescribed medication cause it took them that long to process a pre authorization for my meds. STILL WAITING…. I still have not gotten any calls about when this is going to be resolved. My insurance even had to place a report against this doctors office for their negligence. I’ve spent now hours on the phone just to have them lie to my insurance that they will give me a call by end of day. Now, I might even have to take time off my schedule to change to a new doctor and go to another appointment just to get the same prescription. The insurance even said that they’ve never heard of anything like this…I feel insulted and not taken seriously by this place.

Dr. Patel has been my Primary Physician for over 10 years, he’s very Professional, Caring, and most of all CONCERNED about his Patients!! Would trade him for NOTHING!!!

Dr. Shirish B Patel verbally abused, shamed, and blamed me for asking for medical assistance in ordering a comprehensive female blood panel. Dr. Patel was standing. He asked me “How can I help you?”. I told him, “I want to check my hormone levels; can you give me a lab order?” He said, “What are you talking about hormones? There are hundreds of different hormones in your body. What are you talking about?” I filed three complaints against him. An investigation will take place soon.

I was very sick & called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel... they could not get me in that day so I made an appointment for the next day & waited 1 hour & 10 minutes before being seen. I had a very sore throat and ears & he told me to take tylenol and gargle with warm salt water. I was sick for 2 weeks with the same symptoms & kept calling, they said they couldn't do anything else. So I went to Urgent care and found out it was strep! For 3 weeks! Dr. Patel was negligent- I switched Dr.'s!

My wife and I are assigned to Dr. Patel. She saw him and was still sick for 3 weeks. Finally I Urged her to go to Urgent care because they didn't have any openings for more than 3 days when she called and her throat was so sore that she didn't want to talk and could hardly swallow water. It ended up being Strep Throat and I am wondering how he looked down her throat and heard her symptoms and MISSED THAT!!!!! WE changed Dr.'s. I would not reccommend Dr. Patel, he didn't seem to get the job done
