The wait time here is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour to get called in after you scheduled time. I assume if you have a scheduled time you will be seen at that time. Mind as well just do walk ins. They also keep changing appts cause the doctor won't be there. Very unprofessional.
If u never wanna be able to talk to your dr. come to this place I’ve called all week trying to talk to him the girls on the phone just say he is busy and hang up I just did a colonoscopy and can’t even get a follow up?? absolute nightmare of a gi no wonder he take monarch
I start to have Oscar insurance last year and this hospital is the first contact with my insurance. I was trying to check that do they can cover my insurance or not So I called the hospital and talk to Maria who working in the receptionShe asks to me send a copy of my insurance to check it is cover or not. so I faxed her. but she never replies back to me. Even I left a message on next day, it was the same thing. They seem irresponsible. Thanks
Only seen this Dr once in July 2020 was advised I needed an endoscopy which could be done on Sept 29 2020 because they were backed up. When the apt time came the anesthesiologist requested to have it done at the hospital due to other medical conditions. He also requested clearance from my PCP.. I was told from the surgery center to call Dr Gadam's office and ask for Dan, the office manager. I called 2 times left msgs, no call backs.. When I finally got a hold of him to explain what the situation was, he was supposed to take care it. After we spoke on the phone 3 times. I called 3 days after the last called to Dan to follow up. And he asked me again for my PCP info. He had not taken care of it. I don't like to give bad reviews but in this case it's necessary. I don't want another patient to be stressed out and given the run around like I was.
These doctors are pure trash i made an appointment for 1 in the afternoon. they said they wanted to do video calls so i said alright no biggie right? Hell na i waited a whole ass hour staring at a screen of nothing. Then i call and they said my appointment isn't at 1 but at 3 even though i wrote it down literally right after they called me. Took a whole a sick day for nothing. if yall have ibs or any other stomach problems i suggest yall find another doctor. unless yall want to be stressing out for hours trying to figure on what's going on.
Worst customer service! Especially Mercedes the receptionist who absolutely has no manners, non welcoming, and flat out Rude!
I have been seeing Dr Gaddam for over 10 years and I am very pleased with my care.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mercedes the receptionist not only scheduled my initial appointment at the wrong time, when I spoke to her to correct the issue she told me there was nothing she could do about it (w/ an attitude of an attorney but the manners and salary of a Taco Bell worker, actually sorry....a Taco Bell worker would be actually be a compliment) Then when I arrived at the office she not only was EXTREMELY RUDE, she didn't give me my initial paperwork to fill out until 20 min after I got there claiming there were very busy, (only 1 other person waiting). The office only accepts cash/checks which was not disclosed to me prior to coming in. It is unfortunate that the reputation of an entire clinic depends on uneducated people with horrible attitudes.
this guy did MRI on my father and ignored the results for 3 months. ignorant, very ignorant
I would give him more than 5 stars if I could....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
