Had an appointment here today . Took me in fast and the CT tech made me feel comfortable.

This place sucks! I made an appointment for my varicose veins which contained 3 studies . I got a call to confirm my appointment & when I walk in a lady takes me back to get my exam to then tell me we can't proceed with my exam because they scheduled it wrong and we need more time this is completely bullshit ! Honestly it is not okay to do this because I work and have to miss a day of work to come get this exam done and now I can't be seen very dissatisfied with my visit here will NOT be rescheduling will have my doctor refer me somewhere else DO NOT COME HERE THEY JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

I just recently had to schedule an urgent appointment for my Daughter. I came across the nicest person at this location. Her name is Samantha. I was struggling to get an appointment for my Daughter, but Samantha had access to other locations in Orange County and got us the soonest available appointment. I had to call today again to schedule another urgent appointment and once again she took care of it in a matter of minutes. She is very respectful and makes you feel comfortable while speaking to her. You definitely can tell she goes out of her way to meet Patient's scheduling needs. Thank you Samantha!

I am very disappointed, they scheduled me an appointment for a cat scan early in the morning, I had to take one hour before an oral suspension of barium sulfate really nasty, I had to wake up early in the morning and look for someone to take care of my mom because I am her caregiver, I drove there and when I arrived there at 7:30 am, I was told that the appointment had been cancelled, supposedly they had called me and left a message on my phone, I checked my cell voice mails and my home-line phone for the calls received and for messages on my answer machine, and there was zero calls from them. I am extremely upset, after going for some much trouble to get there and being cancelled. Nobody called to let me know. That is completely unprofessional.,

This facility is very unorganized. They need better communication with their patients and with their staff. I was scheduled for a appointment at 9:30am and the lady told me to arrive at 9am for check in, then the lady upfront advised my appointment had gotten canceled without even advising me about it. They said i had another procedure moved to 10:45am when none of the staff members have given me a call to give me the heads up. Also very delayed on all their appointment schedules . I call to make appointment but they told me to wait. I waiting more than 40mins so stupid

I didn't get service and im still giving them bad rating. Called 3 times and no response back. Two times they said they will get back to me and nothing. Third time sort of hanged up and she sounded irritated. Probably even blocked me kept getting sever error on mg phone. Imagine these kind of people having to service your health. Not reliable. Had to have a biopsy and the staff was great! Dr. Fanous was the best, so very professional and caring as he talked to me and explained the process through the entire procedure which helped put me at ease.  I could see he was very genuine as he was also very kind to the ultrasound tech and her assistant.  The ultrasound tech, Vananah was also very kind and caring.  He smile was very welcoming and she talked to me like an old friend.  I have been dealing with a serious medical issue over the past 2 years and have gone to other OC UMIH facilities for testing.  I was so thankful that the Garden Grove facility had the soonest appointment available, which allowed me the pleasure to experience such professional and genuine people caring for me, which truly makes a difference when dealing with medical issues.

I love how welcome they make you feel. All the staff was completely polite and MRI was no problem at all. Great assistance and kind individuals.
