South Bay Family Health Care's Online Review Report Card

I read the reviews so I was expecting the absolute worst but I was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't any wait to be seen for my appointment. The receptionists were all super polite and friendly. The nurse(?) I saw Daisy was so kind and, helped to calm my worries. She was truly such a sweetheart, and she scheduled my next appointment when she was going to be working to help provide me even more comfort.

This clinic is the worst clinic I have ever been to and I have been around the world. To start the front desk are super rude and will give you attitude. Second, they over book appointments so expect to wait minimum of 30 mins. for your appointment. They don't have complete Pre Natal care, they don't discuss information about your condition, they just print out papers off of Google. I interviewed this location since it is closer to me but I will not be going back here for my Pre Natal care.  Instead I will be traveling twice the distance for 100 times the service. I highly suggest the managers of this clinic check in with your staff on how they handle their patients. This was not my first visit but it is my last. good luck to you guys.

It is amazing people are so nice and supportive

Good day to all. I'm a patient at the South Bay Health Care Gardena Clinic, and I must say that over all this clinic has tried its best to provide good service, but there are exceptions, to this, such as today! Today, I had an appointment or at least that's what the call center told me , my "appt. Was schedule for 10:45am on March 5th at the gardena clinic" when I arrived at the clinic at 10:15, the front office was "busy" and they had me stand there waiting for assistance more than 7 min. Once the front office girl call me forward I said I have an apot at 10:45... long story short, she said it was at 10:00am, and they only have a 15 min grace period! Well, I said I was on time anyhow because they took about 7-8 min to actually acknowledge my presence, because they were "busy" ignoring me! But here was the part that really made me feel unvalued, uncared for as a patient it's that I ask her to check if they would still see me because according to them I was late. Technically I was on time even if I was not aware that they had change my appt to 10am instead of 10:45am. So, Dr. Nefertiti Brown said she could not see me, period! I said to them I had been in the Emergency room on saturday and I needed a follow up, and I called monday to come in until thursday March 5th. I have been in pain, and Dr. NEFERTITI BROWN had no compassion in the situation whatsoever, this Dr could have at least taken the time to seek out more info about my visit, instead of just dismissing me without any care. I am very disappointed at this Dr. BROWN, because I have always been on time at my appointments, and always waited long time, I have been in pain since a week ago, went to E.R. and I was supposed to follow up with my PCP, but because a slight appointment misunderstanding I am supposed to wait for another appointment date! I'm totally disappointed atDr. Brown, who has lost her sensitivity and empathy towards her patients. I must say that Erica De Leon assistant manager was kind enough to talk to me and apologize for the inconvenience. I always had a fair experience at this clinic, but some Doctors have lost the human touch!!!

Bad service !!!!

If you live to wait 2 hours past your appointment time then this office is for you. If u want ro hear the staff talk among themselves but not give a rats behind about u then this place is for u
