Went in this morning for a bone density exam and honestly received the BEST PATIENT CARE from LAURA, the X-ray technician at United Medical Imaging of Gardena. She was extremely efficient and quick at getting the procedure done but more than that, she was extremely kind, warm, and friendly. How can anyone have so much happy energy at 8 o'clock in the morning! I truly appreciated her sense of humor and upbeat attitude since I was a bit nervous about getting the procedure done for the first time. I highly recommend this facility (and of course, Laura) for an awesome patient service experience!

I have been to several of these facilities and this one is the best. Beginning with the person that answers the calls, the gentleman that took my paperwork and the lovely lady that took my x-rays, they were polite and made me feel like I mattered to them. I also spoke to the office manager to say thanks for the nice experience and this will be the only place I will go for test.

On Monday, May 24th, 2021. I had an appointment at 3:30pm at UMI with Nurse Laura who was so nice and kind and also very knowledgeable about my exam. She made be feel very comfortable. She made my day, a very pleasant person and she had me walking out of that exam feeling great. Thank you Laura for your sweet spirit. Also I want to say I've been there to this place twice in one week and I forgot the name's of the other two nurses whom I met and they two were very kind and so wonderfully helpful and so nice, in fact even the front desk staff members...I love this place because they are so caring. Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional receptionists. Seems like a lot of incompetency going on in this particular office. I will never return to this office.

First Time getting an MRI and received Awesome Customer Service by TINAYA MRI TECH i had lots of questions for her because i was scared getting into that big machine and she answered all my questions most important she made me feel very comfortable thru the process.
