I waited few months to get an appointment to get some bad sun stain removed. Like most of people, I asked if they were in the network of my health insurance and they told me yes when I called to get the appointment.The name of the physician is Clayton Schiltz, he entered the room and started to talk and talk and finally told me I should come back to get the sun stains removed. I told this is what I was coming for and he finally froze (still have the scar of one months later) them but I clearly felt it wasn't in his agenda of that day. While he was leaving the room, he told his assistant to charge me $50 because this is cosmetic (first time I saw a dermatologist charging under cosmetic for sun stains removal) but that wasn't the worst part... They told they would take a sample of mole on my back, it took 2min to take the sample.Recently I received the bill of ~$1500 for lab analysis and I was surprised to see they are out-of-network. I don't even have the results...This is the worst Detmatologist I have ever visited.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They took a deep biopsy, but lost the sample and never addressed it! I also booked a facial treatment ~2 months in advance, only to have it canceled by their staff ~a week before the appointment. Then, the only reschedule opportunity- get this!- was 3 months later!!! Ridiculous. I wouldn’t rely on their services for my dog let alone a human.

I've had excellent experience with Dr. Schiltz. He removed a potential cancer spot from my nose and recommended and excellent Dr. to do a Mohs surgery. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Schiltz answered all of my questions about my daughter's various skin disorders. He was patient, attentive and highly knowledgeable. I absolutely loved the renovated office. Will be back for their aesthetic offerings.

Dr. Schiltz and his team are truly wonderful! I had my first appointment for a hydrafacial with Lynn today, and my skin hasn't felt this good in a while. She listened to my concerns about recent excessive dryness, and was thorough and attentive during the very relaxing procedure. I so happy that we have an amazing dermatology office in our community, and look forward to future visits with them!
