Dr. Vemuri is Amazing. every time I have a question about my daughters or concerns she responds right away. I been going to her since my oldest was born, almost for 12 years. I would definitely recommend anyone. The stuff is absolutely amazing as well. Never have to wait long.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called to inquire about an immunization record as the name of the vaccine on the child's record was different than I have seen. The gal that answered the phone continually cut me off telling me she is very busy and I need to "educate myself" on the names of vaccines before I call her to ask questions because she doesn't have time for that. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I hope the Dr would be appaled at this behavior. I cannot imagine taking a child to this place.

Dr. Vemuri is very thorough. The wait at the office when I have an appointment has not been long. The office staff is conscientious and takes care of us right away before Dr. Vemuri comes into room. She was recommended by Dr Huang our longtime pediatrician who retired. Very happy and so glad we are part of this practice.

At first Dr was very friendly and also staff. Once Dr. Vermuri wanted to give my son a shot and I refused she got very upset. Her and the staff started giving me attitude they charged a $25 for a shot my son never received. I explained to them my son did not need the shot plenty of times. I know this is their way to make money but they should not give the parent attitude when they refuse. After that day the Dr. and staff continued to be very unprofessional. Finally requested my sons medical records to change dr. The Dr and her staff should definitely take an ethics class. Some people should never work in the medical field with bad ethics like them.

I’ve been taking my 3 boys to Doctor Vemuri for six years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with her or the staff! They are truly incredible and always there to help they are quick to respond and very caring. Dr. Vemuri has been with two of my boys from birth and has been nothing but incredible! Her staff is just as incredible I highly recommend her and her staff!! Her office is also very clean and welcoming!!
