Patti Lee NP is amazing!!! She has a way of making you feel valued! Her questions are thoughtful and every time she puts in a request for treatment I get a call from that specialist or Physical Therapist within a week of our talks. I look forward to our meetings as I know that I will see immediate results and I come away from our discussions more informed!!! Sincerely, AB Habit
Took 2 months to get an in person appointment. I show up to my appointment 30min early and drove an hour just to be told my appointment has been canceled. They said they called me and left a message but I showed them my phone that I did not receive any missed call or voicemails AND! I received their email at 8am that day reminding me about my appointment for the day.. dude come on... To top it off they could not set up an appointment for me because I am a new patient and need to call a number to set another appointment.
RehabOne was referred to me by Kaisers physical therapy department. They gave me the info and I called to make the appointment. I read the Yelp reviews about the phone calls and sad to say that it is true. It took me about 5 phone calls with no call back. I was determined to get an appointment for my recovery so I tried again. Booked the first appointment time they had available, however, it was 2 months out. Took the appointment and here I am. The receptionist was very helpful at getting me processed with the paperwork, luckily I had filled out most of it online before my appointment. Dr Brown was attentive and has a sense of humor. We shared a couple of laughs and got through the first appointment. Will be seeing her again soon.
These doctors don’t care about those who are be injured.
If you want pain relief take a Tylenol & call someone else. This place was OK when I saw Dr Brown, along came Patty Lee & things went to hell in a hand basket. Don't bother with this place.
scheduled routine emg for wrist that suffered two fractured bone's, without regard grabbed my arm abruptly and twisted, i said wait that arm is still recovering, i'm currently having nerve issues and there suggesting diabetic neuropathy in my hands i didn't have the problem before my accident. get it right people.

NINETEEN calls to them but no response. SIX voicemails but no response. TWO TEXTS but both kicked back. FIVE calls by my pharmacy but you guessed it...no response. I've spent two frickin weeks trying to reschedule an appointment. No office is that frickin busy. IMPOSSIBLE to do business with a company that does not have a way to communicate. Unbelievably frustrating!!!!!!!
Dr Kim Phan . Is just wonderful...she cares, she explains everything and tries to do everything to help, the patient...I am a workmans comp, patient and with her do diligence my case has finally gone forward...I trust what she says and to do...if the world had more doctors like her it would be a much better place...thank you Dr. phan...you make a difference
This place is impossible to get an appointment. If you manage to get through their antiquated operator system and are lucky enough to get an appointment, it will be scheduled weeks and weeks and upwards of months into the future. You would have better luck on planning to win the lottery instead of making an appointment to see a doctor in this facility. Better to go somewhere else. The business "tried" to straighten up their act by adding an understaffed call center. Perhaps the business needs to test their own call center and fixing that. Just fair warning to you until this business straightens up its act.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
