List of Rodney Wong's Reviews
He has been more than helping me rehab a broken finger, and is also addressing my shoulder issues. Great staff and Dr Wong has fantastic bedside manners - a major plus with doctor's.
I highly recommend Dr. Rodney Wong and his staff, because of their care. Usually, it is very hard to book an appointment with him, but, he was able to reserve an appointment for me the next day after breaking my ankle. He went out of his way and was able to schedule a surgery for me in a couple of days. Surgery was successful. During the coronavirus season, when most of the doctors are only doing virtual meetings or advice patients to go to the ER or urgent care instead, Dr. Wong still see me for follow-up after the surgery. I consider myself very blessed to have them during my mishap.
He did surgery on both knees. He did full replacement on both knees. He has lot of knowledge and super clean job. I highly recommend this doctor. He is The Best.

I cannot say enough good things about this doctor..He helped my late husband with every orthopedic issue he had. He helped me with my shoulder and I did PT on it and it saved it from being operated on. Great and wonderful physician.
I was sent to Dr Wong because of a severe broken ankle. He put a plate and screws in that failed right away Had to be redone. I was put in a walking boot. Over a holiday weekend Friday I stood up and heard my leg snap. Dr Wong told me NOT TO GO IN ,IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE BROKEN I had to walk on it for 4 days before he then could see it was broken, After one year He then told me I needed to have my ankle fused.NO!!!I repurchased until I found Dr Abedi who put a replacement Ina! I fell a few years later and broke my shoulder. The hospital prepped me for emergency surgery and Dr Wong showed up,I was stuck on the OR table! He did my replacement and it too was not healing well after one year I asked for a cat scan It showed that the muscles did NOT STAY ON my rotate cuff! I was and am now handicap! He wants to redo this to only give me a few inches. I can not lift my arm up much past my waist! I just live with it? Please no one let Dr. Wong touch you! Horrible things happened to me!
The wait time is ridiculous. Been there 3 times. All 3 times, waited outside 1/2 hour, and then inside another 1/2. Seems like they schedule at least 3 patients for the same time systematically.
He is the best surgeon, he did surgery on my knee . I have no problem since then.sam sahi
Dr. Wong is an excellent orthopedic doctor, very down to earth individual and very caring. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I had a total hip replacement in March of this year. The procedure went very well and I was pleased with the outcome. El Camino Hospital in Mountain View was wonderful and the staff was very good. The staff at Dr. Wong's office are very polite and I have been seen on time. I received follow up calls and I enjoyed my visits with DMW- Dr. "Magic" Wong as we like to refer to him.
I had partial knee replacement one month ago. I was referred to Dr. Wong following a lengthy VA process. Once arriving to Dr. Wong's office, I was helped by Daisy who was excellent in expediting authorization for my surgery. My experience at El Camino Hospital was wonderful. Following surgery, I was able to go home and care for myself. I did my recommended physical therapy and was walking 2-4 miles per day within 4 days after my surgery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
