From the kind man Robert who checked me in to the girl who checked my insurance my nurse, the ct technician and the assistant and so on, everyone was super kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, thank you to the great staff at Adventist Health ❤️🩹

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My father got a transfer to another hospital for the reason being they said they don't have the right proper equipment here for him. He had gotten a pacemaker here at this hospital during the process of them transferring him my father was breathing and was very alert that in order to transfer him they had to put him on life support and overdose him. As they transferred him to usc when he got there they said they made a mess out of him and moved his peacemaker and what exactly did they do for him there.if he would have been at usc sooner my father would of been alived they had no information on what they did for him they made a mess out of him and brought him to usc to pass away. I got my father death certificate and it is nothing at all what they were telling us what he had! I am going to be reaching out to cdph because this is not right at all why keep my father here at this hospital for long periods of days knowing dam well you don't have the proper equipment for him here he could of been in that ambulance alive with the normal oxygen air they give you instead of dam life support make it make sense!

The appointment was moved several hours out last minute so that was frustrating. The doctor and nurses were great and overall the care was excellent.

Kept my appointment, signed in. Waited…only to be told I was there too early? I said my appt. Is at 10:00 am? Oh no she says, you’re 7 days too early. Huh??? Yes she says, if we do your exam now (mammo) Medicare won’t pay for it?? I’m like, but you gave me the appt? I got a letter? Sorry, you need to make another appt. Please make this make sense?

Horrible security staff especially the short Hispanic one and rude middle Eastern receptionist at hospital lobby. This place needs to hire friendly staff. Nurses are A+++
