Ive been in on 2 separate occasions. I appreciate the staff and the professialism that this establishment represents. The reason for the 3 stars is for the nurse practitioner who saw me. She seemed in a rush a bit rude and made me feel as if i was suspect on LAW AND ORDER. She needs help with her bed side manner etiquette. I came in for hives and wasnt being an annoying patient. I simply wanted to ask questions about the shot they gave me the meds they prescribed and a few temporary relief options. I received none of that from her. Hopefully I will not need to visit urgent care in the future and adventist is one I will not. She was the latina nurse. Work on your people skills Mam. The big guy who injected me was very nice and gentle with the needle.

I visited this urgent care yesterday and really appreciated their care and caution to ensure none of their consumers are in contact with others exhibiting COVID symptoms. Im 35 weeks pregnant and went for a sinus infection so the idea of going to urgent care while pregnant during COVID times made me uneasy as I wasnt wanting to wait with all the other sick patients in a waiting room. Because I had some COVID like symptoms they asked me to wait in my car until it was my turn rather than the waiting room I also heard them asking other people to wait in their cars who were there to get COVID tests or had COVID symptoms. When it was my turn they called me and brought me in through a back door to avoid coming in contact with others. They took their time with me and were patient with answering questions and explaining things to me while also making sure to minimize face to face contact by calling to gather history before doing their exam. Would definitely return if needed.

Bad place to go for urgent medical care. I wonder how many people go here to die. Do no recommend any of my friends or family to go here.

Well before covid I went here for what I thought might be an infection. They made me wait a long time even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. Then a young nurse came in. Assuming this was just the prerequisite before the doctor came in I described my symptoms to her. Without me being examined she offered to give me a prescription for medication. So then I asked about seeing the doctor and she said they dont have a doctor there every day.

Front office staff has a conform Nazi.Wow what little POWER or order she controle... she GETS OFF ON IT..Sick no listen skills..But can stare quite freely I have the power to refuse you service....What a POWER rush that must be.. Until bookkeeping sees a revenue loss.

My second visit to this excellent urgent care facility next door to my place of employment makes it a big time saver for me since I dont like to waste my time with health care providers that arent the best in helping which is why Im here again. I needed to get my ears irrigated do to wax buildup and small ear canals. A few years back I needed to get them cleaned again. When I made an appointment with my regular doctor for a cleaning he banged a hearing instrument that made a sound asked me if I could hear it After responding yes I can hear it he said your hearing good enough and sent me on my way. Didnt wanna waste my time again which is why I go to this urgent care. Excellent knowledgeable friendly doctors and everyone that works there. Thanks again for helping me hear again.

This is my second visit to this Urgent care. I have heard so many horrors about urgent care facilities ... this one is just great I was seen by the PA in about 15 min and the entire process was just great Thank you

Theyre great here. Everybody is super nice and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long but overall I like it.

The entire staff here is amazing. I was so impressed by how fast and easy everything was. I arrived just before 6pm on a weekday plenty of parking and we were starting my xrays by 615. Dr. Chiang was so kind and funny and I felt very relaxed about being in his care. I also felt the staff cared enough to give patients practical human guidance For example I got an Rx for a brace to keep my sprain immobilized and rather than simply sending me on my way the nurse took time to explain that I should google medical supply stores call a store to confirm stock before visiting and also confirm over the phone that they would accept my insurance. This probably sounds simple but as someone who hasnt needed a ton of medical attention in my life I really appreciated the team defaulting to explaining more rather than less. Id come back in a heartbeat but hope I dont need to.
