Well before covid, I went here for what I thought might be an infection. They made me wait a long time even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. Then a young nurse came in. Assuming this was just the prerequisite before the doctor came in, I described my symptoms to her. Without me being examined, she offered to give me a prescription for medication. So then I asked about seeing the doctor, and she said they don't have a doctor there every day.
The entire staff here is amazing. I was so impressed by how fast and easy everything was. I arrived just before 6pm on a weekday (plenty of parking) and we were starting my x-rays by 6:15. Dr. Chiang was so kind and funny, and I felt very relaxed about being in his care. I also felt the staff cared enough to give patients practical "human" guidance-- For example, I got an Rx for a brace to keep my sprain immobilized, and rather than simply sending me on my way, the nurse took time to explain that I should google medical supply stores, call a store to confirm stock before visiting, and also confirm over the phone that they would accept my insurance. This probably sounds simple, but as someone who hasn't needed a ton of medical attention in my life, I really appreciated the team defaulting to explaining more, rather than less. I'd come back in a heartbeat (but hope I don't need to!).
This place is a joke. Charged me 149 dollars just to take my blood pressure lol!! Crooks!!
Make your appointment online... save time. I go here before the hospital. Staff is knowledgeable. I would give them 5 stars but i once went here and they could not help me but they still made me pay a copay. Bummer but that was the rule ... I know... they are required to but I told them from before that I wanted to know if they can help me but they said sure let our doctor see you first and sure enough he said they could not ... had to pay the copay... oh well.UPDATE: Thought about it... I have to give them 4 stars... knowing how little these doctors get paid... it was an opinion after all and they sent me to the right place afterward.
The PA who treated me along with the nurses and assistants were all very competent. I benefited from no other patients and the staff was professional and had humor. The downfall in the system is the horrible, wretched, Rite Aid pharmacy, across the street. I went there to get my RX's and they would not get a recommendation of any kind.
I highly recommend this place .Compassionate crew and knowledgeable physicians.Urgent care experiences are not plseant however this urgent Care made me feel better right away. .Hope you never need one but if you do THIS is a place to go.
This facility was very responsive to my needs. The wait was reasonable, the attention by the doctor was excellent (Dr. Kim), and the referral to ER was appropriate.
my review is only for the "adventist health physicians network" billing department. it does not reflect the professionals within this network.constant bad experience with billing department, incompetent, poor service, manager's unwilling to assist and fix errors, confused my healthcare provider with someone else's and sent my bills to that persons address (sounds like a hippa violation), i asked adventist to fix the error (3x) and everytime i have the same exact problem again, i am done with adventist, i am changing my primary care because of this, going to another network that is able to process billing more competently, this last incident caused my account to go to collections...very very pissed
Considering all the restrictions of today's reality ; there was no time rush from their listening ears of this staff actually cared about my total health
The staff is nice and the place is clean. Definitely call ahead because there are some things they don’t do such as facial x-rays. So that call saved me a couple hours. The receptionists are great and within 30 seconds of the call she let me know to use another facility since I was calling about a broken nose. I’ve had another x-ray for my lower body taken here in the past and they did a great job and let me see it right away. There is a pharmacy across the way and a great hardware store with lots of crafting items etc to peruse while you wait for your RX to get filled.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
