I take my grandparents to Doctor Chiligaryan on a regular basis. He is the best neurologist out there. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect in and out of his field, after every visit my grandparents leave his office knowing what their next steps are without being confused or lost. Dr. Chilingaryan is very caring, friendly and intelligent. This kind of professionalism means a lot for me and I would recommend Dr. Chilingaryan to anyone for neurological issues.

The doctor barely gave any of his time to hear out my problem. Seems to be rushing me out to get to the next client. Their follow ups are a joke. The doctor doesn't seem to care about their patients at all. Don't even understand how they are in business. Literally asked me how can we solve your problem. If I knew that, I wouldn't be coming to you for help.

I took my mom to Dr Chilingaryan for the first time and had a very good experience. Staff were professional. We were seen right in time.Dr I’d very knowledgeable and gave us the correct diagnosis and all the treatment options.He spend lots of time testing and diagnosis my mom. I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable doctor and hassle free office. Armen

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE DOCTOR IS VERY EGOISTICIf you like to be put on hold for over 30 minutes, not receive call backs from the doctor or anyone that works there, than is the place for you. The workers on the phone, especially these couple of women who hardly pick up the phone will not answer your questions properly and leave you hanging and not call back intentionally . For example, there was a time i requested paperwork and they were very reluctant to provide them on time when I needed them, the most. They will make excuses not to help you. The doctor is always busy, he doesn't care about his patience. He will not answer your questions, as well, pretending he was very busy. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Only gave me 5 minutes of his time.Told me to see him in 6 months and to call if I feel bad.I explained to him that the medication I was on was causing really bad withdrawal and he denied that I what's going through this because of the medicine. Almost three weeks off the medication and I'm starting to feel some clarity in my brain but still have some fog in the morning.I called the next day to see if he can talk to me because I was having a really hard time with the brain fog and so many thoughts going through me. Was told he would call me back in 2 days the latest FridayNo call backThe next week I still was feeling twitching numbness and brain fog and confusion so I called on Monday explaining my symptoms and was told he would call me back in 2 daysNo call backThen call on Friday ,ther told that I feel he doesn't care about me at all even though I'm having all these symptoms. she tells me I should go see another neurologist for another opinion but that he does care and will see if he can get to me.No call backI pretty much went for nothing and told them that I was not going to take medication and I will feel better and that's exactly what's happening but in the morning I still get this brain fog.doctor lacks any empathy , didn't spend enough time with me didn't give me a diagnosis or answers.Very righteous and full of ego.wish I would have read other reviews before coming here as I'm not the only one that feels this way.Dr Akopian was a much better doctor,he left this place and I didn't know that before coming to make another appointment here.Update, I filed a complaint to my insurance. He finally called me back with a Stern voice after getting the fax, and was denying all the reasons above-mentioned. All I could think was, what did u do to even help me? He didn't even remember the facts behind my case...

It was very hard for me to find a neurologist in Glendale. With appointment times usually in four weeks. But the office was very accommodating and squeezing me in in a couple days warning me that I may have to wait maybe even an hour. The doctor saw me and he was very empathetic and explained to me my neuropathy symptoms. although they are not curable I got the right diagnosis finally and know how to treat my symptoms. He was very empathetic, took his time. The recommendations about him were correct. He is a great doctor.

I had neck pain for a long time. Had MRI I was told that I may need surgery. However the doctor did some nerve testing and told me that my nerves are preserved and that I don’t need surgery. Essentially saved me from a very invasive surgery. I am very grateful for him doing this test and guiding me. His recommendation was very helpful.

I went to see the doctor few weeks ago, as part of my discharge recommendations from UCLA hospital due to a concussion I suffered in an accident. I searched in the internet and he seemed to be a good neurologist. To my surprise, he touch my head asked few questions, after which told me that I could put my head against a wall an exercise the neck!! That was his treatment for a severe concussion that kept me 3 weeks at the UCLA hospital!! No MRI's or head cat scans, nothing. And I thought are we in the XXI century? I came to the conclusion that he was not the kind of doctor I need to recover. Good luck with him people.
