I recently had an unsettling experience with the billing practice at this facility. There was an unwarranted charge for my simple routine visit, despite having a full insurance coverage. After my complaint the charge was removed but this questionable billing felt deceptive. The medical care was adequate but the billing issue has undermined my trust.

This is the second time in my life where I needed to go to the dermatologist for severe acne. I am glad I did my research and decided to go to BHSkin Dermatology. Dr Andrew Park is great and gave me options on what treatments I could do. My face has cleared and up even got some tips on what over the counter products I could use for prevention and skin care routine. The administration staff is great as well and were attentive to my scheduling needs please treat them well. Overall I had great experience here and will come back again if I ever need to in the future. Hopefully not though since they did such a great job with my treatment and skin care routine recommendations.

Came in after developing skin rashes and needed a new dermatologist. Saw Elene Hu and she was wonderful! Great bedside manner, very professional, kind and attentive. She explained my diagnosis very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Thanks to her expertise and treatment, my skin condition cleared up rather quickly. The staff at BHSkin dermatology are friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back for all of my skin needs!

I've been in the office 3 times for my mom. We saw Dr Mehrabi, he did my moms biopsy , he is explaining very detailed everything , he takes time to listen all your concerns , and he always asks if we have any other questions. He is very friendly Doctor. His office is very clean too.

Had a bad experience with this place every step of the way. Dr. Mehrabi only comes to this location certain days, so I had to come in one time for a consultation. That took about 2 hours because they were 45 minutes late to my consultation. When I came for the procedure, I found Dr. Mehrabi just very uncomfortable and unprofessional. He kept making odd jokes, and I am admittedly not super comfortable at doctors, and he could read that, so he just kept saying things like, "oh my god there's so much blood," when he cut into my head. It was just really weird. Then the billing. While he was in network, he sent my lab tests out of network, so i'm still trying to settle a random extra $100 bill from a doctor i've never met. Would recommend going to another doctor.
