Care Fertility's Online Review Report Card

We wife and I found this place highly recommended through social media. From our first meeting with the staff and Dr. Quintero we learned a lot and learned of the options we can choose from for our ivf journey. The care I received was very well managed, from the very friendly welcome from April in the front desk to the nurses in the procedure rooms , they stayed on top of how I was feeling after everything. Our financial coordinator Mayra, also assisted us quite well with all of our options and took our financial concerns into consideration.

Excellent service! Everyone is so friendly and professional, also understanding and caring. Previously I had a bad experience with a different clinic and finding the support and understanding gave me so much confidence. I recommend this clinic 1000%

I can't say enough good things about CARE Fertility. From the very first appointment, the staff made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Doctor Quintero and nurses were professional, compassionate, and always took the time to answer my questions. The entire process felt organized and reassuring during an emotional journey. I'm so grateful for the care and kindness I received and would highly recommend CARE Fertility to anyone starting their fertility journey.

My 1st consult with Care fertility back in 2015. I was so overwhelmed. I knew it was gonna take me a while to save for treatment and pay for it the regular way without financing so I save my money. I returned back in 2025 with money in hand cash. I did all the proper testing I took care of all of my financial obligations. Everything through the payment process was easy and sweet once they collected my money was when things changed.. Do not believe in the package deal there is no such thing they're gonna be telling you you ran out of money the following week for medication. they hid my AMH level from me almost the entire time through stamps when I begged them for the results the entire time Every appointment every doctor, every staff... I had taken the AMH test a month before and still no results every appointment I went in for a ultrasound finally when we were ready to trigger I finally press them that I needed my AMH today I received the paper. Odd to find out my AMH is extremely low which meant I needed to prepare take supplements before even taking stands. I also needed to be on a low-dose mini cycle with the AMH solo however, I was on a triple dose cycle they maximize my medication which resulted in a zero egg retrieval not to mention Dr. Quintero left behind one follicle and forced me to do a second egg retrieval for that one follicle that I did not know they were gonna charge me for I would never have paid for a egg retrieval for one follicle I would have rather save that for another cycle after the second egg retrieval. I reached out to the office to see what was my next steps, financially and clinically, I was told that the financial department had to reach out to me. They avoided my calls. No one ever reached out to me. I had to keep reaching out to them finally once I talk to someone, I found out that I had to pay for it entire new cycle when I hadn't even received the two transfers that they had promised this is where the next red flag popped up. This office is designed to maximize treatment meaning that they're gonna take you through a couple cycles before success to run up the bill.. I was so discouraged because I had never let anyone get over on me that way once I seen it was out of my control. I refuse to pay them any more money and I've decided to move forward with a new clinic. I advise anybody who is planning to use this clinic. Please do more research before you do. This place is a scam. they showed no empathy or sympathy for me. They ran my bills up without my consent that I never signed for and almost discourage me to doing IVF all the way around. I'm so happy that I found my new clinic, but I hope that this review reaches all those future parents out there because we struggle enough emotionally and financially through fertility process to be taken advantage of please be very vigilant. Not even the CEO Wilson showed empathy in the fact that I was misled. He did admit that My paperwork was done incorrectly, and there was some hangups in my contract. However, he did not make it right.If you do decide to move forward with these people, the reviews do not lie. I wish I had a paid more attention, but since this was the office, I had saw 10 years ago I didn't want to seek anymore. I just wanted to start the process. I'm wishing baby does to all of you future parents out there and our pray success and whatever you decide to do. I wish I could tell the full story in detail, but we would be here all day..
