After 3 years I will have to change my son's pediatrician due to incompetent staff. The new "management" as advised by the miserable individual who answered the phone does not allow me to address simple questions to the nurse or doctor. I have never had an issue contacting them directly before. I had a simple follow up question regarding the visit the day before. Thank you sandra for absolutely no help. As an individual who works in healthcare here is a little advice to the new "management ", Empathy training and common phone etiquette!! I goes a long way in this industry. Thanks again for helping me realize i need to switch healthcare providers.

Straight forward and to the point. I respect doctors who listen and provide clarity. I have been seeing Dr. Choa Chan since 2011, for both my boys. He does not have a warm, bubble personality, but what he lacks in warmth, he makes up for in wisdom and honesty.

Dr. Chan is the rudest doctor I’ve EVER encountered. He has absolutely 0 respect it’s shocking. If you can find another Pediatrician do that Don’t waste your time and your peace of mind trying to deal with Dr. Chan.

I came to see the Doctor today because my son has problems with concentration the doctor was extremly Rude Rude to us he didnt care my son was there even telling me maybe what he need its a phychiatric and dont expect that much So unprofessional doctor. I came to loook for help and I came out more confused with out help.

Dr. Chan is the best! He has been our pediatrician for our two boys since they were born, and he has never failed us through all of the steps of their growing up. Reliable, patient, professional. We can't say enough good things about him or recommend a better doctor. Thanks Dr. Chan!

Dr Chan is absolutely the BEST :) His staff is professional & friendly. He has been my 3 children's primary physician for 9 years.He takes his time with their visits & answers all my questions.

Dr Chan saw my 2 girls today, ages 4 and 1 and I am impressed. He is kind, thorough and honest. His staff is also very kind and helpful. While it's not the most updated office, that is not what I look for in choosing my kids' doctor. I look for honesty and genuine care for my girls.
