Luis Castro, by far the worst practitioner I've ever seen. I came in with a recurrent perianal abscess (twice in 2 months) and specifically asked to be referred to a specialist. His response at first was: "The colorectal doctor is going to laugh at me." That made it clear his image was more important than the patient's health. And at the first referal request he insisted antibiotics will prevent any abscess from forming. (Which did not) I had to head to the ER for drainage. The ER doctors suggested I see a specialist through my clinics referral for any underlying causes. (Which he refused again) Despite the fact that recurrent abscesses often indicate a fistula or underlying causes (which requires specialist care), he dismissed my concerns and handed me antibiotics, which do nothing to address the root cause. The idea that a patient has to wait until their condition is at its worst before being "worthy" of specialist care is horrifying. If you stay in his hands, you'll basically be left to suffer until your condition becomes unbearable. If you value a doctor who listens and puts patients first, avoid this rent a doc at all costs. Honestly, -10 stars.

I didn’t get to an appointment yet, but I did want to mention that when I first called this place inquiring about payment, the lady on the phone was very rude getting annoyed at me and going like “what code? like confirmation code? You’re going to have to ask someone else or something” Idk who the girl I talked to was but I just wanted to know what im getting into before my visit and ask if they needed procedure or billing codes. Maybe she was confused but she sounded more annoyed than wanting to try to understand my situation. Regardless, I came in person. The people at the front were very empathetic and kind. I guess it really depends on your luck. Im very appreciative of also the one lady who took the time to try to figure out the rates and everything after I provided my financial and health related circumstances. Even though I didn’t get the answer I needed, I appreciated the sincerity and kindness. It’s because of her that im giving this place 4 stars.

We love CCHC. Not only myself as a parent but my kids love it here as well. Dr. Cook is amazing! She takes her time and answers all of our questions. Maral and Andrea are fantastic. They're so kind and always so helpful. We love our experience every single time because of them! We can't thank them enough!!!

The service throughout was exceptional. Tegmine Ovsepian was incredibly friendly, helpful, informative, and made me feel at home. Dr. Kropac James was exceptional; I haven’t had such a great doctor in years. He is hands down an absolute great doctor. I highly recommend anyone who comes here.

I called to ask about the services and the price, this very rude and arrogant lady said that they were closed and askes me to call the following day in a very rude manner. While I was still speaking, she just hang up the phone on my face. Imagine going there.. Never.. If you are closed, why do you pick up the phone? To hang it up on a patient’s face, who called because needed urgent help? What a disgusting conduct.

Amazing experience! The doctor was professional, caring, and attentive. I felt listened to and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a great pediatrician, Dr. Cook is the best! She’s responsive, knowledgeable and friendly, we’ve never left the clinic unhappy after seeing Dr. Cook and my daughter has always felt very comfortable around her and the other staff at CCHC and we’ve been coming here for years. Her MA Adriana is always willing to help and answer any questions I have regarding my daughter’s health and needs. Glad to have them in our area!
