List of Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital And Health Center's Reviews
African American patients, are treated very different. A patient that moved there, as a veteran! Was refused medical treatment, by a doctor at this location! And the bedside manner of the physician, was poor at best! Doctor Elizabeth, made the patient feel poorly. And the patient ultimately left the facility untreated. With a serious asthma condition.
I was flipped off by a woman in black scrubs while I was pulling into the garage because she was walking and scrolling and I tapped my horn at her... any piece of trash that thinks it's ok to behave like that at their place of employment needs to be fired. That she was hired in the first place shows this place has zero regard for patient care or customer service. Hopefully she will just get hit by someone...
While I was describing my neurological symptoms to a lady in the ED on Sunday evening, she became visibly angry, stated that she hated her job, and dismissed me. This was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in a medical setting where patients are vulnerable. I am autistic and have ADHD, and your behavior made me feel unsafe and disrespected. No patient deserves to be treated with hostility when seeking medical care. I urge hospital leadership to review this interaction, because individuals who express open contempt for their patients and their job should not be working in direct patient care. Experiences like this are part of the problem with the medical system, and they discourage people like me from seeking help when it’s urgently needed. I sincerely hope AI takes your job and you land in the unemployment line. You should not be working with the public, much less in a medical setting. You shouldn't even be working across the street at Vons in the floral department. You are part of the problem within the medical system, to treat a person with autism and ADHD like that.
Justice for Milagro Solís !!!
My doctor is Kevin Galstyan he is the best doctor ever. He was very attentive and caring during both of my pregnancies. A few weeks ago my second child was born, again in the same hospital.I need to say thank you whole staff.Nurses are very very kind and very patient to us. I highly recommend this hospital and of course my DOCTOR.Thank you all for your hard work.
Although a little older of a hospital it was very pleasant. Unfortunately was admitted but I had my own room which was really nice! The nurses were beyond kind and accommodating! The food, well the food was hospital food so ya know!
Went into ER with very bruised ribs. Got X-ray and pain meds and prescriptions in about two hours. Everyone was so considerate and efficient. Amanda is fantastic. And so is Stephanie. They really helped me.
In 2020 I came here to give birth to my first baby girl it was beautiful experience for me everyone was nice and kind to me. Even the director of nurse come to room to check on my experience and how I was doing. 5/5 . I came here again 7/23/25 to experience that again and it was the worst. I wanted to get an epidural but they told me he was busy that I had to wait an hour because there was lady going to have c section. But he ended up coming to my room told me he was going to do me first so he rushed it and punctured a hole, I was in so much pain my back and my head was hurting. He told me what he did and just left, didn’t even apologize. They told me like in 2 or 3 days it was going to go away. A week past to the point I couldn’t even stand up with out me feel in pain and vomiting. I went back to the hospital they gave me a blood patch told me it was gonna go away instantly , it did not my lower back felt like I was on fire they kept me there for the night . It’s been a week and I am crying that I’m in pain I can’t even get up to hold my newborn or take care of my other kids my partner had to call off work to be there for us . That doctor messed me up really bad I’m crying in pain.
The facility has always been superior to Adventist Health across town. The Dr's and Nursing Staff are attentive and guide the patient throughout their treatment. This used to be my family's Hospital of choice until we moved to Calabasas but, Dignity still is our favorite.
I was taken care of so well at this hospital. Evan was my nurse and took good care of me. Also Marvin. And Alina. And Dr. Kramer was wonderful. This is a truly wonderful place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
