Terrible place. They canceled my appointment at the very last minute, saying the doctor doesn’t even work that day. Then why schedule me at all? It was completely their mistake, yet they offered no alternative — not earlier, not later. Just canceled and left me with nothing. Very unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

To start just walking in I had the greatest vibe , the lady’s are perfresonal & polite giving me the feeling like being at home , not a long Waite at all , seeing Dr.Harman was a true gentleman & getting the procedure done the same day of my appointment. Thank you lady’s for a wonderful experience in your office. If I can give all the stars of my visit I would say the sky’s the limit.

Your experience here will be "nothing but smooth sailing" at this office! Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Rosenstein is very friendly (and a NY Knicks fan!) as is the staff. The office is brightly lit and seasonally decorated. Nice relaxing vibe.

Martha was very helpful, professional and attentive Shes the best worker front desk has ever had. Very sweet employee! Thank u for your assistance :) . Jamie on the other hand needs to be retrained. She needs to learn how to speak to patients properly! Unsure if she was having a bad day, but she was really rude and I did not appreciate that! Unprofessional & Needs more training!
